Ordered a bird nesting box but item wasn’t as photographed or as per description. No luck getting issue resolved either and only offered £1 reimbursement!

We ordered a 5 Tier Mini Greenhouse Cover from Amazon back in June this year. Foolishly we didn’t open the package until a few days ago only to discover it was the wrong item - we had ordered a reinforced cover and the length should have been 200 cm. What we received was not reinforced and was only 140 cm in length.
We contacted Amazon but of course it was too late to return it. We then contacted the supplier, Garden Selections. They replied almost immediately and after sending images of our order and then the product received they arranged to send the correct item. They could not have been more helpful. Their representative, Dawn, was very quick in her responses and also in arranging for the correct item to be delivered.
A very efficient and caring company.

The box I ordered was beautifully made and far better quality than anything else I found online. It also arrived immediately. It felt like a lot of thought and care had gone into making this item and that's something I appreciate very much. I think the price is way too low for such craftsmanship. It's excellent.

Item arrived broken but was rectified so speedily & efficiently by Dawn, the sort of service you get so infrequently. Delighted!

Houseplant water irrigation kits for holidays - do not work! Various bottles purchased to find a good fit. Water distributes quickly when tested in a glass/vase. But when inserted into soil, water does drip out.... Adjusting the flow makes no difference and I placed two bottles in two different plants for a week and measured the flow. No water came out at all... I suspended the bottle above the soil slightly at angle as an option but even on the highest adjustment, the water bottle was emptied within 24 hours - so not ideal for a holiday...

Over the years I have had a number of bird feeders and these products are sturdy and good quality. As they are wider, Jackdaws struggle to get to the nuts!

Site was easy to get around and ordering was easy, delivery fairly quick. When I received my package there was an issue with one of my items, I contacted customer service who was really great and gave me a few opinions and it was resolved very quickly. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you

I had an issue with the lawn levelling tool, Dawn in customer services sent a replacement straight away, she was courteous and very professional. I am very impressed with this company.

The feeders certainly have fooled the squirrels thus far and the small birds are feeding without issue … once they’ve worked out how to fit through the bars. Should save me a fortune in sunflower hearts long term!!
The twist locking mechanisms do take a bit of getting use to but they prevent squirrels getting lid off!

We wondered why our purchase of a bird feeder was taking so long to arrive, but after asking why the delay, we now know it was delivered within a couple of days, the delivery company Yodel had just left the package in a place we didn't expect it to be.

So now we have the feeder and it looks pretty strong and easy to clean, which was the main reason to buy this product, we think it is really good value for money too.

Today we put it out for the birds to test, but I am sure all they want is the seeds.

I would give 0 stars if I could item arrived damaged and late would not recommend

Awful company. Selling “sparrow nesting terraces” which turns out to be a wooden box with three openings but no internal walls to form the individual nest sites. No way birds will nest in these. Product not fit for purpose.

Quick service and quality product. Initial package had a piece missing but customer service was quick to respond and rectify the issue.

If I could give them no stars I would. Poor quality hanging basket liners, they are not round, it looks like they have been run through concrete mixer. They are terrible a total waste of time and money.

Good product at a very fair price, quick delivery all well packed and received in very good condition. One item had a part missing, the replacement was with me in two days without quibble. Good reliable service.

Very pleased with the service we have received. The ordering process was easy and turnaround was good. Unfortunately one of the items arrived damaged, we sent a message and a couple of photos, Dawn replied very quickly and the replacement arrived the next morning, so thank you Dawn.

After recently ordering items from Garden selections on line, I received many updates of the order been processed, plus it’s progress during delivery of its. It’s received in good time to my home.
Sadly upon opening consignment two minor fittings on my items were missing, these were missing in pre packed plastic sleeves I guess from the manufacturers.
Nevertheless upon contacting Garden Selections by email to inform of the missing parts, I was assured the parts would be despatched as soon as I provided photos of missing parts by email. Garden Selections were as good as their word, within a few days I received the missing items.
I’d like to thank Dawn who dealt with this minor issue, handled in a proficient and professional manner.
