Excellent service, we were looking for a set of saucepans which were showing on line as being in stock, however we couldn't locate them. A staff member was very happy to go and look and came back with a set, unfortunately when we got home one of the knobs on a lid was broken. I phoned straight away as this item was at a special price and I didn't want them selling out before I got a replacement. They very kindly said they would hold a set at the back of the tills for me even though we couldn't get back for a couple or so days. When we went in the saucepans were at the back of the tills as promised...not many shops will hold an item even if it is to replace damaged goods. The upshot was we got our replacement and we also decided to buy another set!
