I originally gave the company 5 stars but that was right at the very beginning of the process. it is a very good service, but, whether they have too many clients or something else, it can at times be difficult to get to speak to your assigned conveyancer. The other members of the team are great and they will pass on your concerns and hopefully arrange a call back but it's not the same as that personal touch! I do however appreciate all the help given by everyone.

Phoned to cancel motor ins as found cheaper elsewhere, spoke to Toni (TB1) she was lovely. Asked if she could try to match quote given by other company...not pushy in any way...got insurance sorted.

I ordered the "Colourburst" bouquet as a get well gift for my sister-in-law, to be delivered on Thursday 12th May 2016 as she was having an op on Wednesday 11th. I got notification fairly late afternoon of the 12th to say the order had not been delivered as damaged in transit and to contact Serenata about order. There is no telephone number so I had to send an email, I requested they telephone me, but no, I got another message asking me to contact them as to whether I wanted a refund or for order to be re-sent. There was no explanation and no apology for what had happened. The order was re-sent, my sister-in-law said they were nice flowers but they needed a "drink" so I assume they were a bit wilted. I have used this company before, and to be fair was very pleased with the service, the three recipients of bouquets were delighted and said the flowers were lovely, not sure whether I will use them again!

This is the second time we have ordered online from this company, service is very good, very prompt delivery and no hesitation in recommending them.

Have parked with this company a few times now and have always received good service & very competitive rates, in fact they are one of the cheapest parking companies around but that doesn't detract from service. They are just excellent value!!!
