We had upstairs storage done by Aidan and his team. Cannot fault the work. Really happy with the work that we asked for Aidan to come and do built in wardrobes in our spare bedroom. Excellent work again.

There is a guy named Aiden Baldwin formerly of Newton Abbot who is a con artist. I don't know who these people on Trust Pilot are giving glowing reviews of but it certainly would not be him! I have noticed the Aidan they review is spelt with an A (AidAn) whereas the Aiden other people are reviewing is spelt with an e (AidEn) Do not give AidEn Baldwin the time of day let alone your business! He took money from us and did a runner, was in the process of taking him to court when I found out he is no longer living at the address in Newton Abbot no trace of him...yet.
Social media is a wonderful thing, if you look him up on the internet you will find him and there should be a pic. If anyone knows where this creep is there are lots of people looking for him 😁😁😁

The review on here that say Aiden Musgrove/Baldwin is not a scammer and it’s other businesses trying to see him off is totally NOT true. He is a scammer. Do an internet search and you will see all of the people he has taken money off. People save up for work like this and he takes their money regardless. For the 1 good job he takes another load of peoples money without doing the work. If I were you I’d steer well clear of him. If you don’t make sure you pay your deposit by credit card at least that way when he scams you there is a chance for getting your money back. I have spoken to another person he has scammed for £700 and this guy should be stopped

Writing on behalf of the countless people that have come forward to tell me Aidan Baldwin ‘Sleek Storage’ has robbed them.

He is a liar, a con man and a convicted criminal.

His van has no tax, insurance or mot.

When imprisoned for holding a knife to a taxi drivers throat his barrister said it was because his mum had been ill and upon release from prison he would turn his life around.

Instead he has gone on to defraud and Rob many many people.

This leopard has not changed his spots and his stories of having his identity stolen/someone posing as him are a lie and a cover.

He also works under the name Baldwin joinery.

We hired Aidan Musgrove or Baldwin dependant on what day it is.
Understairs storage needed with a quote of £500.
He is unreliable,uses primer as a top coat, the door wont stay close and at the moment is tied with a plastic bag and his work is shoddy. We are finishing it our selves as he wont respond to calls or texts. Says his web site was hacked, his van broken in to and his phone broke. He called and said could he change the Saturday appt to Sunday as he had work in Crediton on that day and would finish the job then. We waited all day, texting him for a time with no response and of course he was a no surprise no #how..
To think he probably scams older people @ctually hurts my heart. He is from Bradford N Yorkshire so if he tells you that another lad from Bradford with the same name and the same set of (sad ) skills has nicked his web site blah blah blah, he is lying through his teeth.
Do not hire this cowboy,thief,or robber..Give this bad business and its practice a huge miss. Very disapointing.
His good reviews i fear come from his friends but his bad reviews far out way them.. every one i read (post shoddy job)did not shock me. Horrible horrible horribl.

Unfortunately the same scam has happened to me, £165 down and no under stairs storage.

I contacted Sleek Storage via the online form. Aidan got back to me to ask what I wanted (understair storage) and sent some sample photos, which looked ideal.

Unfortunately I paid this man a deposit of £180 and he gave me a date due to a "job that's been cancelled". He duly emailed tod say he couldn't make it as his van had been broken into and rearranged for a Saturday ("we don't usually work Saturdays but as it was such short notice to cancel we'll come out for you"), but didn't show up.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, his phone then went straight to answer phone repeatedly.

I then checked Trust Pilot to read all of these similar experiences.

Luckily I was able to retrieve my money via the banking fraud team and will report to the other relevant authorities.

Possibly obvious thing to say... but best avoided.

Scam reviews are a lie from another person trading under that name.
Aidan completed the work within a week of me contacting him, I left him with key safe access & the same day he sent pictures and I paid via BACS. I am very satisfied with the work and the under stairs cupboard is perfect!

Aiden, or Adrian, Musgrove or Baldwin whatever name he chooses to go by was recommended by a friend. He came round and quoted, measured up and came back as promised. He did a good job, or so we thought. Book shelves are not fit for purpose and many have started to bend in the middle. Catches for the doors have broken after only two or three uses and hinges detached from the doors. To top that he has disappeared with £500 of our money and our glass shelves. I now discover that he has “vanished”. We cannot contact him at all. We want our shelves and / or our money. I am very controlled at the moment but will be starting legal proceedings soon. I would also like to speak to the reviewer who had him charged with Fraud. I have spoken with Facebook to stop his fraudulent advertising and with Trading Standards.

Aiden and his workmate fitted some under stair storage for me. They were friendly and polite. Worked quickly and efficiently.
Very professional. No mess and the end result we are very pleased with. Thanks guys.

Aidan and his team built some fitted wardrobes for me a couple of weeks ago and they're brilliant. Great quality and they cleaned everything before they left. Very good value for money too as they were less than half the price I was quoted by Sharps. Can't fault this company at all.

Complete scammer! DO NOT USE! Took our deposit and made excuse after excuse of why cannot do the work and never returned our deposit. Avoid!

Aidan completed 2 pieces of work for us, he arrived on time worked hard and tidied up afterwards.
I have nothing negative to say about him and his team, if this is what you want I would recommend him.

5 Star Service. We had understairs storage fitted by Aiden and his team today and cannot fault their smooth and efficient operation... the whole process was so easy from Aiden coming to quote, through to them clearing up afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend Sleek Storage (the scammer reviews below are not related to Aiden, but another con artist). We paid a deposit to confirm the booking and then the balance upon final completion. Couldn't be happier with our new cupboards, thanks Aiden and team.

Aidans team arrived on time and worked very efficiently on my understairs storage drawers. Aidan considered my needs and even added an extra shelf in the middle of the job. All my messages were responded to in a timely manner. I recommend Sleek storage to everyone.

Aiden has completed some work for me After seeing his advert on Facebook. He turned up on time and completed the work to a high standard didn’t stop for lunch and was very pleasant. We were so happy with the work he went on to replace our staircase. Would definitely use him again Thanku

Found Aiden on Facebook Marketplace and he gave me a quote for under stairs cupboards. He asked for a deposit which I paid a bit warily as I didn’t know his company but I need not have worried. He arrived on time on the day arranged and got to work. He has obviously done countless other under stairs cupboards as he efficiently and quickly completed the work the same day. He has two other workmen and between them they had a really effective set up under a special marquee for inclement weather which set up outside. We are thrilled with the cupboards, they hold so much stuff. I would highly recommend Sleek Storage.

Aidan Baldwin the scamming mastermind behind Sleek Storage is a crook. Unfortunately I had not read the previous reviews so asked Aidan to provide a quote for some work. Aidan provided a quote over the phone and came to do the measurements. At this stage I was asked to provide a 40% deposit, which I paid via BACS and was told the work would be completed in a few weeks.

A few weeks passed and I became completely unable to contact Aidan by phone, text or email. I was forced to take make a fraud claim against him which I won.

Vermin person/company who thinks it is fine to theive off people and it appears that I am not the only one.

My next step is to inform Trading Standards. Please do not use and let your friends and family know too

Aiden Baldwin the company owner measured up and quoted for built in wardrobes, seemed helpful and professional initially. Deposit was 30% I asked to pay via credit card but he didn’t accept them and preferred bank transfer I did query this as felt unprotected but he sent me reviews and recommendations and I paid ,presuming it was better than handing over cash .
Day before work was due I was emailed saying he was ill and would reschedule when better , I left it 2 weeks then emailed asking if he was back at work yet , replied still ill , another couple of communication and then I started getting no reply from emails, no reply from phone calls , I’ve lost a large deposit and trust in local tradesmen. On searching internet I’ve found I’m am not the first and probably won’t be the last Aiden has no morals or conscience!

Would not even give this ‘trader’ a 1 star. Disgusting customer service, lie after lie of why they could not turn up to start the job. Then when did arrive worked for few hours then decided couldn’t do anymore and would come back next day. More lies and delays and am now left with half done wardrobes. Came back 2 days later and carried out some more work, doors and all drawers left to do, needed £650 to order doors as could not make them as was first agreed. Partner and i agreed to pay £300 as we wanted it all finished as had been waiting a long time to be able to hang our clothes and store anything away. Paid the £300 and agreed a date to come back and finish all the wardrobes. Have been totally ignored ever since, all phonecalls, texts and emails. Disgusting, robbing man. I hope he sleeps well at night knowing he is ripping people off and doing a shoddy job. DO NOT USE THIS TRADER!!!!!!!
