Took several days to spark interest but after price reduction, received three expressions of interest. Second person to view it bought it.
The only issue I had was having to wait up to 24 hours before changes to the ad came into effect.

JPC came highly recommended in our marina when we needed our bow thruster repaired. I can see why. Tom went the extra mile to keep costs down, offered a free inspection to see if a lift could be avoided, researched whether a part vs. whole bow thruster would work and collected our boat for repair, which saved us a 5-hour round-trip, then completed the job earlier than planned which really helped us out. Our bow thruster now works like a dream! A completely trustworthy provider with an awesome service.

I'll start with the gripe. Took 25 mins to get through on phone, but it was peak time so I'll forgive that.
Once speaking to the operator, my experience was top notch. Made all 3 of the updates to my motorcycle renewal quote and I was expecting an increase after two accidents (one not my fault) but, no. Renewal quote remained unchanged and I also got a few extras thrown in at no extra cost eg. breakdown, legal assist, leathers, helmet, etc.

Very reliable company. Whenever I had a question, it was quickly answered.
The system works well and I would definately use again.
The only downside was that owners were not always quick to respond to requests for hire but we managed to identify alternatives.

Didn't send my policy documents through so I had to spend over 50 minutes on the phone to chase, then had to redial and spend another 20 mins on the pone trying to get through on a different extension. Doesn't inspire me to use your company again if I have to wait over an hour to get through after a breakdown and you refuse to cover me until you say so, but can't be bothered to send the confirmation documents out after I paid in full! Even when I chased and you sent the documents, I only received policy docs for one of the two cars covered. No mention of the other car and so had to chase on-line. Shambolic!

I mistakingly placed a duplicated order with this company (first order) and another company (second order) for a Bulldog T200 T-bar for securing my trailer.
This company was alerted by their sub-contractor (Bulldog) and kindly contacted me to check, so giving me a chance to cancel my order, which I did. My refund was processed efficiently and promptly.
Saved me a lot of hassle and expense bearing in mind this would have been a pallet delivery.

Ordered a Bulldog T200 T-bar for securing my trailer and the product was delivered promptly and complete.
In terms of security the product is excellent and will certainly deter theft. I have given four stars rather than five because when turning the key in the lock, the licking barrel swivels in the housing and therefore requires two hands to deploy - one to turn the key, and the other to press the side of the barrel-lock to stop it turning. This means one has to get on one's hands and knees to get under the tow bar, in an awkward position to lock / unlock each time.
A simple groove in the barrel lock and ridge in the housing would be helpful to prevent this turning.

This company has adapted very well to handling business in a lockdown situation. Though not ideal having to arrange insurance and hande follow-up queries over a chat-line, it worked very efficiently. The waiting time to chat to an agent was longer than in a non-Covid situation but countdown of my place in the queue was displayed and ticked down fast. Insurance offer was excellent value for money and agent was friendly, courteous and efficient. Very content with service.

Great quality products. Great customer service. Easily built my own kitchen, including a bespoke housing for an American fridge-freezer and microwave for a quarter of the price another kitchen fitter company quoted me. Very happy!

We love our kitchen. The units were solidly constructed and all the gadgets like pull-out trays, carousel, drawer units and soft close mechanisms were of high quality. The doors Luca Gloss are 22mm thick and much better quality than my neighbours kitchen which cost twice the price of ours. After sales service was also excellent. Highly Recommend DIY kitchens.

I read the reviews of this supplier before I ordered my goods and so decided to order despite the product being priced very cheaply in comparison to other website suppliers.

The microwave I ordered arrived promptly - within 3 days, the tracking offered was detailed and reassuring and when the package arrived the box was sealed, undamaged and the microwave was in good order - PERFECT.

I echo a previous commentators assertion "I cannot recommend Go Electrical highly enough". Very trustworthy and highly professional.

I was a bit appreensive about ordering my washing machine from this company having read some review comments on the internet. I need not have worried... ordered my washing machine and made a hash of the order (my fault as I ordered a silver finish instead of white finish). I 'phoned Pricefactor and found them to be polite, helful and extremely efficient. A lady named Marie sorted out my order which was finalised by 2pm and I spent the extra £20 for a 'within 7 day delivery'. To my surprise, it arrived by noon the next day and the dleivery guys were extremely cooperative - taking it to where I wanted it in the kitchen and helped me unpack it and alowed me to inspect it before signing for receipt. I'm delighted with my purchase and got a great deal - approx £60-£90 lower than other suppliers. Highly recommended, will definately use again.
