Didn't send my policy documents - took over hour long wait on phone to get through to chase

Didn't send my policy documents through so I had to spend over 50 minutes on the phone to chase, then had to redial and spend another 20 mins on the pone trying to get through on a different extension. Doesn't inspire me to use your company again if I have to wait over an hour to get through after a breakdown and you refuse to cover me until you say so, but can't be bothered to send the confirmation documents out after I paid in full! Even when I chased and you sent the documents, I only received policy docs for one of the two cars covered. No mention of the other car and so had to chase on-line. Shambolic!
