Appalling
I purchased an LG washer/dryer and was informed that the item was currently out of stock, so I opted to wait for the stock to arrive believing that it wouldn't take to long to arrive.
I waited about a week and had not heard back from Pricefactor so I gave them a call. They told me the item was still out of stock but were expecting a shipment on a given date. So I waited and then called back on the said date to complete the order only to be told that the stock had still not arrived and that it will be arriving on a different date. So I waited again, rang back, they were still out of stock.
Eventually, the stock arrived and the order was placed, the washing machine arrived a week later.
The machine arrived with a damaged lid and dents on the side panel caused internally. I rang Pricefactor to report the damage and they said they will need to arrange for the washing machine to be picked up at some point in the following week and that they can only process a refund once they have received the machine back into their warehouse. They were not able to reorder a machine at this time despite their website stating that there was stock available.
In summary, I've had to wait about 3 weeks for a damaged washing machine to arrive which is now sat in my kitchen as a giant paper weight. I have to wait for it to be picked up and arrive back in their warehouse before I can receive a refund, then I will have to place a new order and face further delays
