I'll start with the gripe. Took 25 mins to get through on phone, but it was peak time so I'll forgive that.
Once speaking to the operator, my experience was top notch. Made all 3 of the updates to my motorcycle renewal quote and I was expecting an increase after two accidents (one not my fault) but, no. Renewal quote remained unchanged and I also got a few extras thrown in at no extra cost eg. breakdown, legal assist, leathers, helmet, etc.
