Not surprised

Just fitting a bathroom unit I got end of last year from soak. Basin not correct size for the unit. Looked on here and found similar issues with the Cambridge range.

I can see why they struggled.

Cistern very cheap quality. Let's hope Mr bale does better with his next endeavour Holy shiitake, unless that was a protection mechanism before the collapse.

Warning! Failed to refund

Failed to refund! Not impressed at all - I ordered a freestanding bath tap and then we changed our mind before it arrived. Tried to cancel but unfortunately they didn’t pick up my email in time (which was fine!) and it got delivered a few days later.

Arranged return and dealt with two very friendly people via email. Once I provided information of tracked return, they advised that I had been issued a refund and it would take 2-12 working days (odd length of time, but hey ho - or so I thought!).

I’m now 8 working days past when my refund should have been due - 4 weeks since I was told it had been issued. I have sent 3 emails and had no response. I’m lucky I paid through PayPal as I am pursuing a case through them - Soak have even failed to respond to that case!

Absolutely appalled that I am now being ignored and they clearly have not refunded me at all.

Awful way to treat people

Awful way to treat people. Still taking orders months after knowing they were going into administration. Practically just stealing peoples money with no intention on fulfilling orders.
I have since also spoken to a worker who was told everybody in customer services were told to lie to customers.
Thank god I paid by credit card but I feel so sorry for the people that didn't!!

Refund to be issued by Paypal

Like others, I returned an item, receipt was acknowledged by Soak and I was told a refund would be issued in 12 working days. Then nothing. I paid through and contacted PayPal and they will be refunding me, but worth contacting your bank as others have said they can help too.

Soak is in administration. DX delivery are holding customers goods to ransom despite the fact that customers are the legal owners of these goods. Disgusting service from DX

A very dishonest company

A very dishonest company , the next day delivery ( which i paid extra for ) took nearly 6 weeks ! I kept getting told lie after lie , companys like this deserve to go into administration. Ne careful of howdens kitchens too.very very sly with prices and delivery.

DX refusing to delivery Soak goods

Soak will officially go into administration at the end of the week. Leonard Curtis will be handling administration. If you have not received your product or not received a refund then you should contact them so that you can be kept informed. If your product like mine is currently being held at DX then they are refusing to deliver, they will not even let you pick you product up from Basildon. I even offered to pay them directly for my delivery but they still refused. Leonard Curtis are trying to negotiate with DX directly to release our goods but DX are refusing. I cant believe how awful DX are being its completely shocking.

Excellent value product

Excellent value product. Arrived quickly. Only issue was the instructions for the shower screen had no written explanation and the drawings are tiny, you need a magnifying glass to see what the various part are...this is a manufacturer issue rather than anything to do with Soak though.

ordered goods from this company at the…

ordered goods from this company at the beginning of February.
Money taken from my bank account on 19.2.2020,i was then informed via email that my goods would be delivered on 25.2.2020,however goods never arrived. Then tried to email soak.com to find there website states out of order due to maintenance I then tried to contact company by phone, phone line doesn't connect.
My husband later found out that the company have now gone into receivership.
One unhappy customer not worthy of being associated with Trustpilot.

Chargeback for refund

We ordered an item that was due to be delivered the day the company went into administration.

We paid on debit card so thought that we would never see the money again so we were delighted when we spoke to the bank and they carried out a charge back. Within 24 hours the money was back in our account.

If you are in the same situation contact your bank to see if they can help!

All good in terms of delivery

All good in terms of delivery, prompt and professional service. When it comes to products different opinion of two products we’ve ordered.
LED mirror is very nice and perfect for our bathroom, so all as expected.
Vanity sink unit however, came scratched on two places, one of them at the side of the top drawer, so not ideal. I am not sure if this is perhaps one of the returned items that was put on sale again. The top of the unit looks fine and the sink is perfectly shaped and sized, but the drawers take a real challenge to open. You need to pull very hard to open them and they are also much narrower than shown on the photos.

After scamming me out of £160

After scamming me out of £160, I now can't make contact. Their website is down and the phone number disconnected.
No one responds to email contact either.
Avoid at all costs.
