This company has adapted very well to handling business in a lockdown situation. Though not ideal having to arrange insurance and hande follow-up queries over a chat-line, it worked very efficiently. The waiting time to chat to an agent was longer than in a non-Covid situation but countdown of my place in the queue was displayed and ticked down fast. Insurance offer was excellent value for money and agent was friendly, courteous and efficient. Very content with service.
