I opened an account with MetaMask in October 2019, and used their services for 5 months. In March of this year, when I attempted to access my account to liquidate one of these tokens, I discovered that my account had been replaced with another MetaMask account without my knowledge or approval. This new account has taken over my password and my 12- word seed phrase; these 2 pieces of information is what they required for me to set this account up. They falsely claimed I would need these 2 pieces of information in order to retrieve my account should I ever need it.
Neither of these 2 pieces of information worked in restoring my original account… only the new account.
I deposited $11,000.00 worth of tokens into my original account that are now worth over $18,000.00.
Currently I am locked out of my account and have no access to these funds.

I have been in contact and discussions with a rep at MetaMask named David Pazdan for the last 7 months. He has not been able to assist me in any way. I have done everything that he has suggested in trying different methods to try and restore my original account… all to no avail.
He is claiming no responsibility at all for this whatsoever.
ALL accounts originate from MetaMask, so this is a hijack of my account, and this $18,000 worth of tokens have effectively been stolen.

I was just working with Slavi today on creating a new domain. It took a little time, but Slavi was just terrific. He let me know how he was doing and why it was taking so long. He got everything done and it is now working PERFECTLY!!! Thank you

These people are the worst thieves and liars I have EVER seen in a company. I switched to T-Mobile back in December. The salesman ASSURED me that my total bill would only be $65.00 per month for 2 lines. And I could trade my existing phone in for a $450 rebate.
But he lied to me.
He NEVER told me that this price would be if I had auto-pay for both lines, and he also stared to charge for for insurance for each phone, which I NEVER Signed up for.
So now my bill has gone from the promised $65 per month to $115.00 per month. AND I had to pay for the phone which was another $29 per month. That is more than what I was paying at AT&T.
And today I just learned that this butt*&^% salesman lied to me about my ability to get a rebate for my phone. The lady today told me ( 5 Months after the fact) that my phone that they took as a trade-in didn't qualify for a rebate.
These people are Liars and Crooks... STAY AWAY!!!!! They will cheat you and lie to your face to sign you up.
