I had an issue that nobody could solve for over two weeks. It was incredibly frustrating. Then, Akhlak K, an agent, came to help and solved everything. It was simple AMAZING!!! The problem was solved in a matter of an hour. Then another problem came up, and Akhlak fixed the issue as quickly as the previous one. This is the single most terrific support agent I have ever met.
