Very convenient to have car picked up and dropped off, and very reasonably priced. As other reviewers have said, the extra work that they try get you to add on was at a considerable extra cost, but yo... See more

⭐ 1-Star Review for Servicing Stop
I had a truly awful experience with Servicing Stop in September 2025.
I booked my car (Reg: LX63 UHN) for a full service and MOT and paid in advance. The car was collected by their partner garage (Revved Repairs, Norwich) on 19 September. It was in perfect working order when collected — I only mentioned that the gearbox felt slightly tight.
Later that day, I was suddenly told that the gearbox had failed while in their possession and that the car could no longer move into gear. Despite already knowing this, Servicing Stop still pushed me to pay for extra work, including a brake-fluid change, which made no sense given that the vehicle was not even drivable.
When I questioned this, their customer care agent was shockingly rude and aggressive. He kept pushing me to admit that the gearbox had been broken before, even though that was untrue. When I refused to accept blame for something that happened while the car was with them, he hung up the phone on me and never called back.
I later visited the garage myself, where the staff confirmed that no servicing or brake-fluid work was done — only the MOT was completed. I immediately emailed Servicing Stop on 20th, 24th, and 25th September asking for a refund, but they never replied or called me back.
In the end, I had to recover the vehicle myself and pay for repairs out of my own pocket. The whole experience was deeply frustrating — rude customer service, misleading communication, unnecessary upselling, and zero accountability.
I strongly advise others to avoid Servicing Stop. Once they take your payment, they disappear and leave you to deal with the mess.
Great customer service . Ease of using service . Economical and efficient team
I haven’t have my car yet but your customer service is top notch
I don't like to write a review before the job is finished and I see the result.
I don’t have want to write a review- I haven’t had the car back yet

Awful. They ignore your phone calls and emails. Overcharged massively for basic work (£200 for brake fluid) and after I paid the amount, I was told my car would be next on the ramp and back with me the same day. After having zero communication despite my 3 emails and 10 phone call attempts, my car was returned on the third day of them having it. Just randomly showed up.
I told them about part of the car hanging off and that I'd like it fixed only to be told they won't and "you have bigger issues to worry about".
Both rear tyres needed replacing but they only replaced one and put the other as advisory, despite having to work on the suspension on that side of the car anyway.
All in all, horrible experience and despite paying them over £2000, I now need to find a garage to do the repairs this company couldn't be bothered to do. Or maybe not capable of doing as I had to explain over the phone to them how to open the bonnet (if you can't do that, quite concerning)
EDIT: Funny how I get a response here quicker than any of my emails or contact attempts from yesterday and earlier today. As for emailing customer services, I have done that several times already and have been ignored so I don't see why doing it again would be any different
