Vehicle collected on time and contact made the night before to agree collection time. However, there was confusion over what was being performed, mechanic said he only had authorisation to perform an oil change and mot despite paying for a full service and mot. Had to contact Servicing Stop to get them to confirm the works with the garage. Then i was contacted after the works were completed to be advised of the extra costs incurred for various top ups/changes. What happened to being contacted beforehand to get approval before carrying out the work? And the additional costs were double the original cost of the service and mot. What happened to transparency? Whats the point in booking a reasonably priced service if they are going to make their money up with hidden costs?

Sold my car via Carwow. They offered the highest reserve which was met straightaway. The dealership who bought it were a little slow in contacting me but Carwow were great in chasing them and following up with me to ensure it was all taken care off. Car was collected and paid for within 2 weeks of the initial auction. 5* service.

Emma Lopez was incredibly helpful. Despite our original enquiry back in November, Emma has kept in touch to see how we are progressing with our planning and she seems to work all hours as she was emailing me confirmations of bookings etc from home late in the evening. Great company and person to book through.

The lady serving us only seemed interested in pushing the sale and up selling. No real customer care. Couldn’t work out which size carpet would be more cost effective for us, we had to work it out ourselves. We were only after a cheap carpet, if I was after anything nicer I would have gone elsewhere. Maybe with a different advisor we might have received better care. The store itself is fine but let down by this assistant.

Julia was lovely and chatty and happy to answer any questions and talk us through the full process. Pleasure to have her visit.

Alma was very helpful and polite when dealing with my enquiry. My only gripe with Octopus is they are constantly trying to push up my direct debit during winter.

Box was ripped on arrival. Product seems ok but not checked yet. Otherwise, good service.
