confirmed booking then cancelled just before
Booked and paid for MOT and service two weeks ahead. Only on day before MOT, despite chasing several times, did they phone and apologise that they could not honour the confirmed booking in the area I lived. Then why take the booking in the first place? With only one day left to re-organise an MOT I had to take time off work to travel further afield to keep my car on the road. Very disappointing performance.
