confirmed booking then cancelled just before

Booked and paid for MOT and service two weeks ahead. Only on day before MOT, despite chasing several times, did they phone and apologise that they could not honour the confirmed booking in the area I lived. Then why take the booking in the first place? With only one day left to re-organise an MOT I had to take time off work to travel further afield to keep my car on the road. Very disappointing performance.

Waste of time

Received a quote from this company which was subsequently increased. The whole communication experience put ourselves at fault. Horrible, very blunt emails and a waste of our time. Will not engage with this company again.

Not willing to help buyer with a non delivery

Bought from them via ebay. Item was not delivered. Never responded to any of my emails. Delivery company says it was misdelivered and to contact seller. EBay not helping as they refused to speak to delivery company as tracking says delivered. Buyaparcel continue to ignore me. Out of pocket 120gbp. Non existent customer service.

Good quality with great customer service

Good quality (if you want top drawer you need to pay a lot more) with only a few niggles during installation that were dealt with very quickly at no extra cost. Recommend you spend time with the designer to double check all details. Will save you time in the end! Kitchen purchased: Shaker timber alabaster and sage.

Delivered only 1 of 2 parcels on time.

2nd parcel arrived late and had clearly been dropped from height breaking the contents. Whilst this would have been immediately visible to the deliverer no comment was made. Very poor service

Great bike for the UK but poor follow up customer service

Received this bike two weeks ago so a good time to reflect on what you get for the money. Essentially half price, you get a bike with a very good Apex set with a solid frame (I'm a big guy). I am also pleasantly surprised by how good the Union Jack colours look on this bike. Very happy with this. How they sell this for the price based on what you get is astounding. The only downsides were a poor paint finish on the top bar (still trying to get Wiggle Customer Service to help out here) and the fact I cannot get it delivered outside of the UK at the same discount sales price (knowing delivery will be extra on top). If you are based in the UK, you need a road bike and this is your price point, then press buy!

UPDATE: Given that customer service did not come back after initially offering a voucher to cover repair I have to downgrade from 5* to 2* as I am left with a badly scratched bike I need to resolve myself. Too difficult to send back. Despite several emails the response from them has vanished. Obviously too busy with other problems. Disappointed as I expected much better service from them.

We do try to ensure that all bikes are packaged securely enough to withstand transit and we can not apologise enough the the top bar was damaged on this occasion.

Please know that our Workshop team are currently looking into this for you however sadly we have had a backlog of queries due to the bank holiday. With this said, they should be in touch with you very shortly.
