Nice guy but spoke to fast. I felt as though i was being pushed into having things done that i didn't really want.

what a service! Ordered Thursday morning received an email Thursday afternoon to say they had been dispatched. Arrived Saturday morning!! This isn't a one off, i have used them before and had to return an item. Same efficiency. I have recommended to all my friends

The repair was booked fully informing…

The repair was booked fully informing the team of what the fault was. the engineer turned up at the stated time. didn't even turn the machine on. when asked why he said " i don't have to i know what the fault is but i don't have the part" he returned 3 days later with the part.

my question is if he knew what the problem was on his first visit why didn't he come prepared in the first place???

Hello Janet,

I am sincerely sorry to learn this. However our agents on the telephone are unable to order parts, the engineers do carry van stock however as you can imagine they are unable to carry all. In some occasions they may have to come back at a later date to complete the repair.
