Liam was a very professional person from the first moment of the call, explaining the process very clearly and his communication was polite and non intrusive. I wish to talk more people like him.

Great service, it'd be good to know what time it's expected. The driver's position is great but the number of deliveries before mine is not changing.

It started with a phone call to establish the trip with some important informations. Subsequent calls were all polite and helpful, too. We only ran into problem when I wanted a more central location for our hotel, for which I had to pay a £30 surcharge. However, it was with my approval.
The trip was very good, although a promised outing to Pompei turned out not to be covered anymore, without much explanation.
All in all it was a good experience with caring people all along, even to offer their service for checking us in both ways that I turned down with thanks.
The hotel was good, the arrangements came through all in emails in good time. I was overall pleased with the service and the price/quality ratio despite the above mentioned factors. Genuine people to deal with.

I had a problem with my previous energy provider. It was not very easy to find the chat line but once on it I was dealt with great attention and expertise by Jamie who understood the issues and seems to have started resolving it. A big thank you to him for his patience and politeness, too.

Price was different from advertised. Booking was not possible by my Samsung phone or iPad, had to be done on computer later, having lost the best prices. I'm a regular user and I experienced these several times.
