I booked in the day before and I had my car collected the next morning first thing. Chris from the team called me and was so helpful explaining everything in a way I could understand and took his time allowing me to consult with my partner and then calling me back. I’ll definitely be using this service again.

I was speaking with Marco and honestly he was just the best, even though we was speaking about tough subjects like the loss of my mother and mental health struggles Marco really made me feel at ease and confident and comfortable moving forward with getting life insurance and making sure I understood every aspect of what I was signing up to and helping balance what cover I wanted within my budget. The cover I came away with is well within my budget and it covers way more than what i was expecting to be covered for. Even my children are included in the cover and that is a massive weight off my mind. Marco had me laughing the whole conversation and it was a really enjoyable phone call. Really friendly and made me feel comfortable and helped me to relax even while speaking about sensitive subjects. I would highly highly recommend looking into cover with “Polly” or the other cover they offer “Tom”
