Received email to tell me items were ready to collect. Drove all the way to the store and items couldn’t be found. Had to pick them off the shelf myself and 1 item wasn’t in stock. Very poor click and collect service.

YOU ARE IMBECILES
For the last 3 years I have been receiving unlawful PCN’s for parking at Grays C2C station. I have made repeated complaints and have had multiple assurances that the matter has been resolved and I would not receive anymore PCN charges. Today the postman delivered 3 more PCN’s.That makes a grand total of 21. I AM A BLUE BADGE HOLDER AND HAVE AUTHORISATION EMAILS ALLOWING ME TO PARK FREE OF CHARGE. Even after a phone call from a customer services manager back in April of this year I’m still getting fines. I WILL NOT be appealing these latest fines. I beg you to take me to court. I’m sure the judge will find in my favour and hold you accountable for all the stress and anguish I have been through for the past 3 years. YOU ARE A COMPLETE SHAMBLES.

Your are literally taking the P**s now. This is the 17th PCN I have received. I AM A BLUE BADGE HOLDER. I HAVE AUTHORISATION FROM YOURSELVES TO PARK AT C2C GRAYS STATION. I will not be appealing or paying this PCN and I urge you to bypass the bailiff’s and take me straight to court. I will look forward to my day in front of a judge to show what a sham company you are. I will also be taking legal action with a view to claim damages for harassment and distress caused by you to myself. Please do not send a bot apology as you never respond anyway. I am sick and tired of your companies poor attempts to intimidate me. You’ve picked a fight with the wrong person. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 3 years. Enough is enough.
Just had a call from customer service manager. Appears there is a problem with the company that supplies ANPR data to NCP. Based on that call I am happy to upgrade my star rating and hope that this is the end of the saga.

Here we go again useless NCP
Here we go again. Last year I made a massive complaint against NCP car parks for multiple PCN fines even though I have registered my blue badge which entitles me to free parking. Got another one today.
Complete joke
Gave the details you requested over a week ago and still not heard anything from you. Once again, a complete joke of a company. At least cowboys wore stetsons

Absolutely disgusted with NCP
All been sorted now. Thanks to Bryony who helped resolve the situation. Upgraded review to 3 stars. Sorry cannot give more stars but this should have never got to this in the first place. Absolutely disgusted with NCP. I am registered as a blue badge holder which entitles me to free parking at Grays C2C car park. Since registering and getting approval from NCP I have received 17 PCN charges. The latest 6 have been appealed but now they want £20 admin fee rising to £100 if not paid in 14 days for each PCN. I have done nothing
wrong. You have issued the PCN’s in error. Terrible company.
