They were polite . However I was not given the name address and contact details of the garage who would be doing the work. I had to request that. The final bill was considerably more than I have ever paid for a repair to my car and I had to question the need for all of it

It was quick and item was as expected. One issue on both occasions I have shopped on TV is that someone has clearly opened the package although nothing appeared to be missing.

This was a second attempt to deliver my sofa’s as the previous deliverers were unable to get it in the front door . J2D,202,466 Jack and Paul were brilliant! Great communication and arrived on time, helped me to remove a kitchen cupboard to get the sofa in the back door and were chatty, polite and courteous at all times. They set up both sofa’s good to go before leaving and offered to put the kitchen cupboard back for me (which I declined) I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks lads!!
