As a new consumer of these products have needed to contact Pyronix several times and on each occasion, they have always been very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their products and their technical advice is always sound.

On the odd occasion I have to contact the help line have found the response is always great very helpful
and polite ,they speak to you courteously and talk you through what they are doing to resolve the issue.
Never afraid to ask the technicians for there help.

I have had nothing but trouble with my Enforcer alarm the installer is no longer trading & the 6 telephone numbers I got online all say this number does not reply.I have a problem now that I am told is very difficult to correct and Pyronix seem impossible to contact.Should have gone to a reliable Company

I have used many different security…

I have used many different security system manufacturers over the years however Pyronix products, aftercare, tech support and product training are second to none. From the on-line tutorials to the friendliness and knowledge of the Helpdesk staff, Pyronix do seem to genuinely care for their customers.

Pyronix Tech Kept His Cool

Excellent service as always.
The guy at Pyronix kept his cool whilst I was trying to deal with the problem in hand whist also dealing with the client and the guy from their I.T. department.
Out of the chaos the issue was resolved, so top marks to Pyronix once again.

Outstanding customer service

Having been effectively ignored by our alarm installer, as a consequence of which we couldn't access the alarm via my wife's mobile app because they had allowed the subscription to lapse despite several reminders from ourselves, in desperation I contacted customer service at Pyronix. Kelly there was absolutely outstanding. I couldn't give her any codes or reference numbers, but in the course of a couple of hours she had tracked our system down and reactivated it, and said she would leave it activated whilst we sorted out what we wanted to do about the current installer. She just made it all so simple and trouble free - this really was outstanding customer service!
