Took over an existing alarm panel for a new customer today. Needed to speak to tech support, so they could talk me through it.

(GATESHEAD) Poor service from the start. Tried to book repair on website, took my £50 on 2 occasions. Chased up a few times, sent screenshots, zero reply and no refunds.
Then got chased for the £50 excess. Oh, and the windscreen took 3 weeks to source. Still £100 out of pocket and still being chased for the excess!!

Jonathan (Wilkinson) came out to fix our tumble dryer. He came on time, a nice friendly lad. I explained the problem and he knew exactly what the issue was. Had it fixed pretty quickly.

Pretty expensive for a pint, and the glass bottles with foil top means the milk doesn't stay fresh for long.
Great it's delivered, online and great to see the milk on the doorstep each morning

I am also really sorry to hear that your milk is not staying as fresh as you had hoped. We do offer reusable bottle tops on our website that you can purchase, to keep the milk protected more than the foil lids would once opened. Our milk should last 4-5 days once it has been delivered, however if your milk is not lasting this long, please do reach out to customerservice@themodernmilkman.co.uk.

Good service, like the text reminders for prescriptions. Sadly using Royal Mail for deliveries which can hold things up with the strikes but happy with the service.
Good and quick service. Paid £7.99 for next day delivery but was let down by Royal Mail who delivered to the wrong sorting office! Meaning no next day delivery !!

Great service, a little slow in sending out medication but that's why it's important to order well before you're needing new tablets. Can't fault the app and reminders. Great service, much easier than going to the chemist!!
Been to Tyne Tech twice in 2 days for different phones. Excellent service both times, the guys stayed back late to fix my iPhone, nothing was an issue for them.
Awful company. Been with them ages, never once came out to read meter. I submitted readings and then took direct debit, then randomly cancelled it again. This went on for a while. Then got big bill for 2k. Agreed a payment plan and started to pay back. Left Enstroga and continued paying.
Received court letters and called them. Told not to worry as we had agreed a payment plan... ended up in court anyway and they won. I paid them, in total £2800 including costs and as well as that I'm now in credit by £300 as they were still taking the agreed payments.
Advisors can't do anything, other than email their colleagues and they rarely get back. Random emails which aren't helpful or relevant to the issue.
Overall a shocking supplier, wouldn't dream of using or recommending them.
