Perfection!
Easily delivered on time - even before the supplier's delivery window had started.
Carton was in good condition too.
You can't ask for more than that.

Review of Home & Roost
Our third order from this company for Binkies Rabbit Rescue in Gravesend Kent, and this company never puts a paw wrong.
Always helpful on the phone, and more importantly the quality of the hutches is great and they are always delivered when H&R say they will.
If you are looking for something better quality and more spacious than the 'bashed out boxes' that most pet establishments seem to sell, look no further.
Your pet is a serious investment, and your pet deserves the best - and here it is!

Perfect!
Although the tracker didn’t appear to be working, (I am guessing my parcel was delivered by a different vehicle as it never left Ashford), the delivery estimate was spot on, and could not fault either the delivery itself, nor the very polite and helpful driver.
Would fully recommend.

Review of Pyronix
Excellent service as always.
The guy at Pyronix kept his cool whilst I was trying to deal with the problem in hand whist also dealing with the client and the guy from their I.T. department.
Out of the chaos the issue was resolved, so top marks to Pyronix once again.

Review of Volkswagen Financial Services UK
I really am losing my patience with this company.
I have had two vans via VWFS since 2016, but every time I contact them with an issue, (and there have been a fair few), getting it sorted is like trying to swim in treacle.
No-one here seems to know what they are doing. You get passed from pillar to post with no member of staff seeming qualified to help. They looked up my account this morning and they told me that it was 'showing minus £7,000'. I asked what that meant. The lady did not know.
Most recently, I decided to sell on my van as I was given this option at the end of the four year hire period.
I found someone that wanted to buy it, agreed a price, and after several calls managed to get VWFS to send the prospective buyer an invoice.
This larger invoice and the small outstanding balance that I owed was paid at the beginning of April, and the relevant numbers were quoted as requested to 'make sure that the funds were credited to the correct account', as per their instructions.
Shortly after, I received two conflicting letters on the same day, so I reluctantly phoned VW again to make sure that payment had been received. After spending the best part of thirty minutes listening to what sounded like an ice cream van being played down the phone, I finally spoke to a human. One of the questions from the lady was 'Is this the best number to reach you on?' Two minutes later, I got cut off.
I naively assumed that If they had my number, they would call me back, but of course this was just wishful thinking.
I called back again, and inevitably spoke to someone else. After explaining all over again what had happened, this lady apologised and promised faithfully to call me back the following day after trying to establish what had gone wrong.
She did not phone me.
Today, I got woken up with a text message from my bank informing me that VWFS were trying to empty my bank account to the tune of £7,000+, even though the account had been settled almost three weeks previously.
I am now waiting to see what their next move will be.
Neither myself nor the buyer have had any form of receipt from VWFS, nor has anyone from VWFS ever called me. They just churn out endless, incorrect letters demanding payment for invoices that have already been settled. Great for the environment!
Once the van had been settled and passed to the new owner, I was looking to lease a new Audi.
Unfortunately, this is also VWFS' domain.
Am I about to put myself through all this again?
What do you think..........?

Backrest Pillow With Arms And Headrest.
The above was a Christmas present for my Mum.
She was delighted with it.
Customer services were great in resolving a small issue, and the parcel arrived in good time.

We are a soon-to-be new rabbit rescue in North Kent, but are still at the planning stage at the moment. Initially, we just wanted to buy one hutch so that we could get a good idea of the quality of the products, because if we are investing in new hutches we want to make sure that the products are built to last!
The shopping experience was excellent from start to finish. Browsing the website was clear and concise, and questions that I asked via email and on the phone were promptly answered by James. Delivery was next day!
Although the hutch is yet to be fully assembled, we can see that the build is of a very high standard and should last a good few years. We are looking to purchase more when funds allow, but for the moment, we are happy bunnies along with our real bunnies, and very pleased with our purchase!

Never a problem with CPC. Order placed, and next day delivery when requested. Does all that I hope for, always turns up on time, and well packaged to protect the goods in transit.
