Third time is a...curse?

The third time that DHL has massively disappointed me. I was on my way to buy lunch when my partner called to say that a package is coming between 12:20 and 13:55. I rushed home, waited till 16:43, and no update. On the track and trace page, it just says 'delivery interrupted', that's all. No information to say whether they are still coming or when they are coming. Last time they lost my passport. The time before that, they lost a box of chemicals worth more than 2000 euros.

Shopped at another baby shop and was…

Shopped at another baby shop and was grossly disappointed. Then I decided to take my ‘business’ to Babydump. I didn’t like the initial development after I placed my order as the order was not arranged in 3 days for shipment. Contacted their customer support and found out that the freebie that came with my purchase was not available at that moment hence the shipment was delayed. The contact on WhatsApp was easy and quick and everything was arranged promptly. The freebie came in two weeks later without me tracking it at all. Overall, quite satisfied with how it turned out.

An extremely displeasing shopping experience

Bought a Fox 5 stroller in their shop and ordered it there on their kiosk. I stayed at home for a whole day waiting for it. It came, and it was shockingly a Fox 3. I called them, and they told me to bring it to a postnl point or one of their stores. Come on, the package was 19.2 kilo and I don't have a car. The client service lady on the telephone said, 'to compensate for your inconvenience, we are giving you a voucher.' Seeing no other way out of this, I called up my friend to drive me to their store. I came home and found out the voucher they gave me was worth a whopping 20 euro, which translates to an 18.9 euro discount off of the price. Is this a joke? After all this trouble and this much time wasted, now I have to stay at home for another day for this to be delivered for 18.9 euros?
I called their client service again, stated my case, and was made to wait for 5 minutes before the line automatically disconnected. Then another client service person called me back and said, 20 euro is the maximum we can offer. I bet they had a fun chat while I was waiting, 'Technically he is not a client anymore, so to hell with him and his complaints'.
The whole experience makes me feel like shit! It was my first time shopping with them, and I guess it will be my last. Never will I step into their stores.

This company has no sense of responsibility

Changed the delivery date and stayed at home on the day, only to find that their courier had delivered it on the initially planned date. The package requires my bloody signature and it has been delivered how???? I asked their stupid online client service, and they questioned whether I was lying. It was my passport in that package, not an iPhone 16.
Two years ago, a collaborator shipped chemical standards worth more than 2000 euros with DHL. They were never delivered. Client service never followed up on that. It was simply like it was our fault to trust them.
I knew about DHL from when I was still in China and it had the international reputation of being reliable. It just kept disappointing me. Sad.
