4 weeks waiting: still not received, almost no answers

I bought a mirror on the 8/04, thinking it would have arrived within 2 weeks as it’s written on their website.
Turns out: not received yet, they NEVER answered to the phone in their ridiculous time slots (Tuesday and Wednesday h. 14 - 16) and the customer service barely answered me (with lies) via email and I wrote 3 or 4 at least!
The tracking link they sent me, still says “on the way” since the 28th APRIL, where I actually saw the “car moving” from the tracking link across the whole country, without ever delivering the mirror and since then, nothing.
Their customer service (in her signature it also says “Maye”) told me on the 26th APRIL (which of course it never happened):
“Your order has already arrived at the logistics company and is currently being processed for delivery. You can expect your mirror to be delivered within 2 weeks.“
And I asked (as I can’t wait anymore!) to reibourse me asap as it’s their fault at this point, I just wanted what I paid for in the terms I paid it for!
I think I got scammed and lost approx. 250€!!!

No customer service & Never received a return reinboursement

I purchased 4 items on the 13th December (order n. 1000194658). I received one out of 3, within a week.
I totally forgot about the rest as that item received was pretty big (frame for a baby bed). After around a month, I received a second package with the 3 little items which I firstly forgot. I wrote them thinking I missed one, but wrote them afterwards realising I just needed to do a return for the 3 items arrived on the 10th of January.
So I do that, I ship back on the 14th January and then I expect the reinboursement within 2 weeks as per their terms and conditions.
At today, 12th February, a month later, no reinboursement.
I wrote emails, contacted via their website and called and called. Nobody answers, ever. You can stay 20 mins on the phone and absolutely nothing.
They answered to an old email where I thought I missed the bed and then wrote already an amendment, but weeks later so their answer didn’t make any sense at all.
UNBELIEVABLE. I didn’t expect such a bad (or not existent!) customer service for such a well known brand. And also, the reinboursement is so ridiculous (13€ approx.) that I don’t know what’s the problem in processing it. I also attached the proof of shipment and again, it was 1 month ago.
I will never buy anything else online or in the shop, from this brand.

Scammers - do not fall for it@

Unfortunately I read the previous reviews too late and I became one of their scam victims.
I needed a urgent plumbing service, I called them, somebody called me back and somebody came last Sunday. I explained the situation and without even understand further, the monteur started to work. They mentioned only 39 E costs and starting price of 244 Euros + 40 meter per sewage plumbing. After less than 2 hours, the bill was 3.500 Euros and the problem was not fixed at all. In fact, I had to call the Gemeente the day after, and they fixed it in 20 minutes in the sewage OUTSIDE and they confirmed that it was impossible that the monteur digged 30 meters sewage [as he mentioned when showing the bill that I had to pay straight away] as I don't even have that amount of sewage. The company promises a quote beforehand which they didn't provide, but also the bill doesn't explain the costs and there are extra costs which were not mentioned before he started to work. In fact, he made me signed a blank page mentioning only what I wrote above.
Emergency or not: PLEASE BE AWARE, DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY. Everything I read before it's exactly how they behave with me, just the bills was even higher.

Teeth are in right position, but ups & down with customer service

My experience with Dr. Smile started even before my first appointment to scan my teeth on the 25th November. In fact, I was in contact with one of their competitor, which was not smart enough to block a great deal, trying to increase the price and use sales strategy like "only until today you ahve 50 € discount" that our of over a 1.000 € is actually a joke, but also not being clear on the costs [they told me a price at the stand and then changed it via whatsapp].
After this bas experience I had at the IAMExpats in Den Haag in October 2022, I contacted Dr. Smile and everything went smoothly. I picked the closer dentist in Amsterdam Noord, and in one week I received the plan, the scan and I was contacted by one of their sales person. Even with the 400 € Groupon discount though, I still paid 1.290 € for a (super) light plan of 4 months including a one-tooth reduction that I disagree with and I asked for a solution without this option, which was sent to me straight after. In fact, I actually had to move only tooth n. 22, as I already wore braces twice (mobile and fixed) when I was 9-11 yrs old, but when you move 1 tooth, you still need to make sure that the others move accordingly. I blocked the deal and received the aligners in December, starting to wear them on the 28th December 2022.
After about 2 months, everything was still going smoothly, and I contacted the same sales person to understand what to do about the retainers as I wanted to have them on time when I was finished with aligner n. 8 (my last one). I was not called back and I tried to contact him a month later. Another person from their team (I guess) called me back and then sent me a follow up email with 2 links: 1. to book the retainers online and 2. to book an appointment with the dentist to do another scan and check if I could have a fixed retainer also on the upper jaw (this was my ultimate goal, but I discovered that my bite was too tight to be able to do so)
In the end the second link was not working for 90% of the dentists as it seems that this service is still not 100% implemented in The Netherlands. I then found one dentist only that was "kind of in a good position" from where I live, but different than the first one I did the scan at.
They confirmed that I could not have a fixed retainer in the upper jaw, but only in the bottom jaw, therefore I booked the 3 mobile upper retainers which arrived 19 calendar days later. As they were not really responsive within that timeframe, I did the fixed lower retainer directly at my dentist, and it was also cheaper. It took a bit less than 30 minutes.

Overall it was a good experience, even if I think that tooth n. 22 still needs a slightly further move and I would have appreciated a bit more responsiveness when I became a client, as I was only listened when I was simply a prospect. Therefore a suggestion for the Dr. Smile Team: customers are your best allies, you should take care of them, because they make your business grow!

I have ordered almost 2 weeks ago

I have ordered almost 2 weeks ago, paying more for the shipping to have it delivered TODAY as I have an event I am attending to on Saturday and I needed the business cards. Well, only yesterday I receive a message that there is a delivery tracking link, and 1. the link doesn't work 2. today the pack is still not handed over to the courier, which means that hardly I will receive the pack tomorrow and therefore, it's even useless I paid more for nothing.
I wrote to their customer support a couple of hours ago, and of course they do not have a phone number, and they have 1-3 days answering timing.
For once that I do not read the reviews...Do not trust them.

SCAM Company!

This company is a scam! You can't contact them via phone as they created a fake line and when it's your turn, the lines drop all the time! In their terms and condition, you can cancel and get a full refund within 5 days, too bad because after they just disappear! It's almost a month and I still didn't get any refund.

Absolutely unacceptable! SCAM, be very careful!

Edited: after their answer, we DID actually forward the initial email to the one they wrote below in the their answer. Did somebody answer? No, never. And did we receive the refund? No, of course. And they have all the right information to just make an easy payment.
I repeat: BE VERY CAREFUL AND STAY FAR FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. We warned the Dutch government about them.
