Very good Onboarding and support

Great Onboarding and Support

I started using Virtuagym a few months ago and felt well supported during the setup for managing my Studio. My questions were answered quickly, and the video calls during onboarding were really helpful. I'm excited to see how I can grow with VirtuaGym.

Complete Violation of Privacy – Avoid This Company!

This company has completely violated my privacy. Since they irresponsibly sold my private number without my consent, I’ve been bombarded with calls. I’ve already asked to be removed from their database, but clearly, they don’t care. I keep getting calls for "professional purposes" on my private number, which is not only unprofessional but also illegal under GDPR. If anyone is planning to sue for GDPR violations, count me in—I’ll be one of the first to file a complaint against you.

To any company buying data from them: Don’t even think about it. They’re selling our private numbers without authorization, and I will ALWAYS reject your calls. This is a complete breach of trust and an invasion of privacy.

Is someone working in your CS…

Is someone working in your customer service? No reply to emails yet - BTW your new online form isn't working, needed to use the old one. I stayed 1h12min on the phone, no one picked it up!!!!
Friendly in the shop, nightmare via the webshop - avoid them online and try to go in the shop if you can
