Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic, Ordered RAM for a Dell Latitude 7280 as I was struggling to find definitive answers on what was compatible and had seen Mr Memory had a guarantee on compatibility. The first stick that arrived worked but was not compatible and returning it was so easy and the form had space to fully explain the issue, as well as what RAM i already had - Second stick arrived and worked perfectly.
Will definetly use again, fantastic service and reasonable pricing.

Bought 64gb RAM. Very fast (next day) service by Royal Mail 1st class. Bit surprised they came in a unreinforced packet but arrived undamaged. If upgrading an old PC (mine is a 2017 Mac) from my experience I’d recommend fitting one card at a time and firing the computer up to see if it works. If you hear the fan come on but just get a black screen you need to power down and reseat the card. Nothing wrong with the cards - just a case of getting them properly seated and it’s easier one at a time.

For a couple of reasons I no longer use Amazon for memory so I tried to use Mr Memory. I looked up memory using my computer make and model and the memory that was suggested was correct, which meant I didn't have to take the memory out of my computer to look what I needed. For those who are not used to installing memory, there was even an email with clear instructions. My order arrived very quickly and adequately packaged. Unlike other companies, the modules came with clear suggestions and warnings of what not to do. I installed the new memory in slot 0 and 1 and my old memory in slot 3 and 4 and it all works perfectly. I now have 22gb ram in my old computer instead of 6. Great service and I will definitely use again.

Initially this was problematic as the memory provided was incompatible with my old iMac. However the support team guided me through testing the memory and replaced the initial memory with compatible memory.
