Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the parking charges applied at the airport as this is something which is set independently to our company.

Staff members are trained to behave professionally and courteously at all times and we are sorry that this was not your experience. This is not typical of the high standard of service we provide and your comments have been passed to the Store Management Team to ensure that feedback is provided to prevent a situation like this from happening again in the future.
