The pre-paid card gets good reviews on Which, and applying was straightforward. It was disappointing to have to pay £4 for airport parking to collect the card, and one of the counter staff seemed too busy with paperwork to pay attention to a new customer, especially as I was concerned about the parking running into extra time. A parking voucher for a new customer who is not travelling but only collecting a card?

Staff members are trained to behave professionally and courteously at all times and we are sorry that this was not your experience.
