I had some issues in logging into my website account . Joao helped me from the scratch with so much patience until I fixed the issue. Joao was really helpful and guided me step by step to sort out my problem. 5 star to the service. 

Katrina was wonderful to work with.  She replied in a timely fashion, answered all of my questions, and even helped me get a refund when I realized I filled out the paperwork wrong.  I will absolutely be a repeat customer based on her customer service skills alone.

The USB data cable could be a bit more robust. However, my overall opinion is very good. I would buy again.

No Instructions. Website only wants to sell you more stuff. Totally worthless

We ordered a special order of 1,000 usb's.  Very excited at first with look of them.  3 of the thousand purchased shorted out 3 different computers when placed in portal.  Now I have 997 usb drives that I do not have faith in, let alone to give out to our residents!  All I got was that USB Memory Direct couldn't repeat the issue.

Hard Disk Direct in California graciously refunded my payment.  My order was not fulfilled, but it was not HDD's fault.   A dishonest source outside of the U.S.  supposedly had the item and supposedly shipped it to me, but it was a scam. You waited to ship the drives.  You waited until Monday morning to confirm purchase that delayed receiving the drives by 2 days.  The drives were for a RAID 6 that had 2 failed drives.  Used another vendors drives.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Their MacDrive software will not license. Keep saying we are wiping our computer even though their own diagnostic report lists when Windows and their software was installed.
