Lack of support or customer focus

Burgess Computer Services Ltd has been using Xero for many years.
There is no phone support, and tickets sit for over seven hours before being looked at, so there is zero support and wasted days.
Lack of listening to customers, told features that are important to lots of customers are not needed or essential (we, the customer, will decide what is important), aging boxes on statements, for example, don't support the new payments system with major banks, and issues importing bank transactions.

Great staff, great gardens

Fantastic staff, always took time to discuss things. Gardens very beautiful, absolutely loved it there, as did not seem crowded, unlike Eden Project. Much preferred the Lost Gardens of Heligan, compared to Eden Project.

Bad customer service

Tried to discuss an issue with how contamination got into a sealed break system, that caused damage to break cylinder. On a 3 year old trek powerfly 7 bike. They hung up on me, after saying it was outside warranty.

Worst company to deal with.

Worst company to deal with.
They changed my direct debit without notice (A violation of direct debit regulations).
I tried to speak to Customer services and was given bull **** about using more power in winter, but I have used 20% less power over the year, the person on the phone was not listening to what I was trying to say. this is not the first issue with EDF, the last went to the ombudsman, who found in my favour.

Not honouring discounts

Received a leaflet through the door offering 65% off the first box, but when I checked the system very sneakily they had only given me 60%. spoke with very unhelpful customer services, who said the leaflet was for returning customers (it was not it was clearly for new customers, as I had never had an account with Hello Fresh). If a company can't honour the offers put through my door, then I can't trust the company going forward.

Poor customer service, support and expensive - AVOID

Xero has very poor customer service. They are rude when they reply to customer feature requests, claiming they know better than the customers requesting features. They have no phone support and often take up to 2 days to respond to messages, and then they just fob you off. Wish I have never started using Xero.

You replied you were going to reach out to discuss this in more detail, didn't even do that, despite me giving you information to contact me, just shows how poor your service really is
