Her PC was originally supposed to have been a Christmas present to me, but she had greater need, her being head of sixth form at the time. Since then it has had to embrace windows11 and a new school IT system that slowed it to a snail's pace. However, bumping the RAM from 8 to 32 has transformed her exprience at a stroke and more-or-less overnight, given MM's sparkling delivery. All at a fraction of the cost of replacing her PC. All hail Mr Memory!

It beggars belief, in this modern age of personal communications technology, that not only are your drivers unable to appoint their delivery, but your systems are also unable estimate delivery time for what is supposed to be an Express Service requiring signature. It is not acceptable that I have to display my signed written authority to obtain my property when all this could has been achieved twenty four hours previously by phone.
I can only suppose that the driver had no signal where we are and could not be bothered to go up the hill to get one. Five minutes of his time, 24 hours of our time and unnecessary hassle and aggravation.
I think you need to review how your systems work if your Express Delivery is effectively slower than Standard.
