The Device Did Not Work!!
My friend has had this device for a few years. It worked once a couple of years ago. It did NOT work this time. She was sent a new device in Oct. She fell on 11/14/24 and could hear the machine ask if she needed help, but no one ever came. She laid there for 24 hrs unable to move due to Parkinson's until a friend went to her house and found her. Customer service said the device was on "permanent test mode" and it was not even registered to the customer's address. We did all the regular testing as instructed, but there was no indication the device was not going to work. It took over a month of calling and calling to get a supervisor to call me back, but she has been unable to provide anything still. My friend is still in skilled nursing as of 12/23/24. This is a faceless company that will not even respond when something like this happens. I do not recommend this company, especially for elderly people.
Returned equipment 11/4
Returned equipment 11/4, it was received at MobileHelp 11/7 per FedEx tracking but still charged my 89 year old mother’s credit card on 11/16/24. I called the said equipment was not checked in yet, refused to credit. They take advantage of the elderly.
Mobile Help
My customer service representative, Bill, was very helpful in helping me choose a system and billing frequency for my mother who is a fall risk and hard of hearing. Together we selected a wrist band unit. It came with a separate emergency button to install next to the tub which is awesome. Very happy with the service.

This is not a Good place to work at all. It is based on politics and if you are recruited by an outside person then you get the better leads. When I was there you got $ 17 an hr - then after 90 days if you sales are low your pay is dropped. Favorites make the money there and if you speak up you are blackballed.
You can notice in their response THEY DO NOT deny the use of politics in the company - Move up here impossible.

Used to be fabulous company, now just average.
When we first purchased MobileHelp's service, they were fantastic, great on the phone, responsive, helpful, proactive. Gradually they have lost their values, I suspect it was the acquisition changed things over time. Latest is I removed fall detection from our package, and they received the equipment back WITH RMA 2 weeks before renewal and they billed me for it anyway. Now you call and there is a long wait to talk to anyone, the helpfulness of the staff is noticeably not as good as it used to be. Now they are just an OK company.

Disappointed Customer…
I would have love to be able to give your company a good rating. I'm sure having the monitor has saved lives. It did not work for me. The monitor went off, could not reach your office, emergency vehicle was dispatched to my home approximately 20 minutes later. They tried also to contact your office when they found I was fine and it was a false alarm. No success. They notified the EMT office about the situation.

Refund policy
My mother moved to assisted living half way through the annual subscription with MobileHelp. She paid an annual promotional rate, but when she canceled they retroactively charged her the full rate to calculate her refund. Seems unethical to me. Very disappointed this is the company policy. Buyers should be aware if there is a possibility of cancelation during the subscription term.

Disgusted ex customer.
My husband does not have enough strength in his arms and hands to push the alarm button so your product was not compatible for him. Therefore, we had to return it. The purchase price was $677.40, you refunded me $616.30. That would be too much for postage so why the $61.10 discrepancy? A non satisfactory answer will award you a loss of any future business you may have had with us and our family. Taking advantage of elderly no fault victims is a shameless practice.

No notification
My dad was just taken to the hospital via ambulance. No notification from Mobile Help. I learned about it from his neighbor. When I looked at his camera in the house, I could hear his Mobile Help device “talking”. I am assuming he pressed the button. The app no longer works. When I log in it says it is out of service, an updated one is coming….when???
