2 things wrong -Idiots at Am Ex use 3rd world countries that call you after 9 pm and talk 90mph -violation of telemarketing laws

had a charge appeared on the card and rep called me a liar after my card was hacked. Sent an email to the executive offices and got ZIPPO response

worst credit card company in the world - on top of that charge was removed and the IDIOTS never sent me a NEW CARD

was offered a job by this company to sell Health Insurance for United Healthcare. Things went very badly after they wanted someone to verify my personal documents.
My cousin who is an attorney after he read the language stating he was to be agent for them refused to sign the form because the form came from Homeland Security.
Speaking to the HR dept was like talking to the wall. I am not giving access to my personal documents to anyone

You call their customer service and they get you an agent in the phillipines who was DUMBER than DUMB.
I gave him ny account # 3 times and the moron was unable to grasp that.

only when I put a review on the BBB did a person from corporate reach out. any company that EMPLOYS DEI or 3rd party agents in an other country RUN FROM THEM

WENT on their website to check them out and I was going to buy a product except their website stinks.

Doesn't tell you how many sheets you get. I did enter my email and address but NOT any CREDIT CARD INFO!!

I learned they have no 800# to call them. Next thing is I get an email saying I had ordered a product which I never did.

Never gave them my credit card info so they hacked my info somehow this is one CROOKED company -reported them to my credit card company

Run from any DEI company period. From day 1 no one in HR or in any training discussed the pay period or how commission would be paid or how it was determined.
My training time was changed 3 days in a row.  Monday 11.30 am, tues. 9.30 am & wed 8.30 am -and 5 of us were switched to a different class.  Ask Licensing to pick up a phone and they are too lazy to do so.  There was no outline of what to expect on day 1.  zippo !!
All they cared about was you passing these tests.  then 2 supervisors  told us about demerit points that deducted from any commission - coming back late from break, no web cam on, logging in too early,
After 8  days I had enough of this type of treatment and said I am done.

I had an auto loan with this company and they have one of the worst websites to pay a bill and I had to pay it by phone.

On my last payment the woman lied to me and in ordeer to get help I had to go to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation to solve the issue -it was that bad --the rate was okay - customer service was a 1/10

STAYED AT THIS ONE IN PENSACOLA FL ON DETROIT RD AND WAS DISAPPOINTED FROM THE MOMENT I CHECKED IN.

ASKED FOR A 1ST FLOOR AND WAS PUT ON THE 3RD AND WAS NOT MADE AWARE AHEAD OF TIME BY THEM

FITNESS CENTER IS THE SIZE OF A CLOSET ONLY 2 PEOPLE COULD FIT IN THERE - NO DUMBELLS

Overall a great ride with Sarah a lovely lady from Alabama - they have treat bags with carrots that you give your horse at various stops

It was peaceful and your in the country and we stopped by this huge pond. Sarah was always asking are you okay.

Horse I had was amazing. It was warm but a great morning ride.

first class operation with real down to earth country folk who care about your experience -highly recommended this place -good for kids too

Did a snuba dive here. Company is very safety conscious - water was pretty clear - you go down 20 ft. They have water on board -You are by the jetty with rocks as that is where the sea life is -my recommendation bring your own mask or make sure you have some mask cleaner to prevent the mask from fogging up.......it was a good place overall

When I drove into this property at Mary Ester Fl it looked like a Motel 6 not a wyndham property

The bathroom sink was cracked and the furniture looked like it came from a GoodWill second hand store.

The TV was disconnected and they had to fix it.

No toiletrees and I had to find a maid to get some.

My door opened to a parking lot and the fitness center was shut down.

The breakfast had bananas with brown spots and the orange juice was not fresh. No eggs, no bacon just cereal.

No breakfast person on duty there. Sent a letter to the CEO of Wyndam and got an email from a Marsha

This woman tried to brush me off -has no clue about a term called " Lifetime Value of a Client".

How this 3rd class place got to become a wyndom is a joke. They do not check these locations & had I seen a picture of this place I would not have stayed there.

On 9/24/2024 took my labtop computer in to replace the battery. They are located in Rennigers Flea Market in Melbourne FL

when I went on vacation on May 23/25 - the labtop would not turn on - learned it was the battery - this guy did not replace the battery.

when I contacted him he said come by the shop on sunday. I called him on sat May 31st and left him a message and asked when would he be at the shop.

I got no response -texted him no response. Guy takes your money and does not do the work -RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS

stayed at this one in May 2025 in Tallahassee - the fridge was not working - no bathtub - had a shower that was at a 15 degree angel when you stood inside.

The breakfast they offer was terrible and the mattress was not firm at all - would never recommend staying at this place -even maintenance man said it was a cooler not a fridge

Do not ever buy from them ever. Zero customer service. They sent me shoes that did not fit and the people in customer service stink.

Wanted a picture of shoes & receipt of delievery which I sent them - refused to give me a us address to send it back too -----never buy from the company they are crooks

Just like many companies you go to a help section and its totally useless - garbage you try and enter a review and a company is not listed and you can not get an answer

This is not a Good place to work at all. It is based on politics and if you are recruited by an outside person then you get the better leads. When I was there you got $ 17 an hr - then after 90 days if you sales are low your pay is dropped. Favorites make the money there and if you speak up you are blackballed.

You can notice in their response THEY DO NOT deny the use of politics in the company - Move up here impossible.

Run from this Company !!! They changed my interview time without asking me. They do not tell you its a group interview at all.

Then they want you to go present to your family and friends- this company lies to you on the interview-if a company does this I wonder does Cutco know this -I doubt it. I will be contacting them as well.

With any company when you are NOT honest upfront something is very wrong
