On top of their game
I called the top three companies and mobile help in the only one that immediately called. The friendly rep took time to explain everything and patiently waited as I explained it to my mother. So far, the process has started off smooth. Hopefully this helps both myself and my mother rest easier.

Paid $20 for 2 day & took 14 days
I ordered 2 necklaces and a speaker for fall risk on 9/18. Payed $20, for 2 day shipment. Fedex delivered to the wrong house. On 9/26, I spoke with Latosha, she said sending 2 day mail. Called on 9/30, nothing showed up in the system. This task was NEVER completed. On 10/1 tt Gervon. He did overnight and finally got the package 14 days later at 6:12 PM. They will not let you speak with the same person. I've dealt with Rick, Latasha, Gervan and when you ask for that person, they will NOT let you talk to that person.
I am not impressed with this company at all. 0 stars. The only reason why I stayed with them, is because I already paid 90 days and I'm sure I would get the run around to get my money back. I wouldn't go with them.

My customer service representative, Bill, was very helpful in helping me choose a system and billing frequency for my mother who is a fall risk and hard of hearing. Together we selected a wrist band unit. It came with a separate emergency button to install next to the tub which is awesome. Very happy with the service.
