Awful blinds, dreadful company
Don't buy these blinds if you want privacy.
We bought made to measure blinds for our bedroom. Even though they came out to measure and so could see the room and surrounding properties, they have installed blinds that have 2 modes: being seen from flats above us or from flats below us.
Complaints get nowhere. There is zero customer service and they constantly wear you down with excuses.

Extremely expensive and unreliable!
We had 4 of these “automatic” blinds fitted and we have seriously regretted it. Not only are they extremely poor quality, being made of flimsy materials but they are also incredibly unreliable. Sometimes they work but more often they don’t. They are battery-powered and each blind takes 12 batteries and,worse still, the batteries run out very quickly. Thinking they would be a useful security measure when on holiday, we had high hopes which were crushed by the discovery that they simply could not be relied upon to work.We would come home from holiday to discover them down when they should be up or vice versa.
We have replaced 2 of these Luxaflex blinds with ordinary blinds and are intending to do the same with the remaining 2. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Luxaflex blinds as they are not only expensive but a source of constant hassle and expense.

We have had luxaflex blinds for many years and have been very pleased with them. Like all products, they occasionally develop little issues after some years, and in this instance I needed some spare parts.
I emailed the company and was amazed to receive a remarkably quick reply from Kerry to tell me that she was already posting the spare parts I’d requested out to me that very same day. I am really happy because it will prolong the life of my blinds for several more years.
How’s that for great customer service!

I needed replacement parts for my sunroom blinds that were well over 10 years old. I contacted Luxaflex. The after sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. I was sent the replacement parts quickly without any charge. Excellent service.

Replacement chains for my vertical blinds were provided rapidly and free of charge to repair the blinds in my bedroom. Excellent and professional service was provided by Kerry.
High price, poor quality
This company don’t make blinds as well as they used to, I’m guessing cost cutting measures are affecting the quality of their products.
In 2022 I spent over £1300 on one blind, by 2023 it had broke. It then took ages to repair so we had a home made makeshift blind which didn’t really do the job.
Fast forward 2 more years and the blind has broke again.
So here we go again, wasting time dealing with the return, having to make another make shift blind and having absolutely no faith in the product when it finally gets fixed.
I’d expect the 5 year guarantee to start again from the date of repair but I’m guessing that won’t happen.
My preferred option would be a full refund but again I’m thinking that will never happen.
Cheap blinds for me next time.
Very speedy and professional
I needed a small bottom bar clip for my luxaflex blind. After contacting the company I purchased it from and searching the spare parts website they suggested I look at, I could not find an identical clip anywhere. Eventually after fruitless searches I contacted Luxaflex UK and Ashleigh responded speedily. The spare clips were dispatched without delay and my blind is looking great again.

Had occasion to contact Luxaflex to see if they could get a spare part for an older roller blind. Absolutely delighted with the service received, in particular with Kerry Haye. Went above and beyond to ensure the correct part was sourced, and delivered, in super quick time. This blind will now have a significantly longer lifespan thanks to her endeavours. Would definitely deal with this helpful, friendly and professional Company 😀
Helped me fix my broken cord quickly and easily.
I emailed them about a broken cord on my blinds that I was having trouble finding a replacement for. They replied very quickly, asked for my address and sent me a new cord straight away without asking for any payment for it.
Excellent service from Luxaflex
All of our very large windows have Luxaflex roller blinds which were installed around 2013. The mechanism on one started to fail and since approaching Luxaflex they've gone out of their way to help me get the blind working again...this is after 12 years and we must be way beyond any warranty period. I'm most impressed. Luxaflex is now on my short list of companies with excellent customer service.

Luxaflex are second to none in customer care. Some small spare parts were quickly provided for some of our 15-year-old metal venetian blinds without a quibble (and free of charge). Exemplary service and much appreciated.

Tilt mechanism on old blind
Tilt mechanism wasn't working on my 15yr old blind. I sent in photos and they found me a compatible tilt mechanism. With a bit of ingenuity I've got blind working. Top marks.
