No recognition of customer loyalty when you try to increase renewals by 34% and completely ignoring that I have had 9 appliances for more than 7 years with you. I will move my business elsewhere.

I contacted the luxaflex team on two occasions when I needed replacement parts for my Silhouette blinds. In both instances they were fantastic in giving advice and offering to send replacements free of charge. And very quickly too! Why can’t everyone be like this?
