Connectors on our plissè blinds had broken after many years service. Though ours were no longer available Kathy at Luxaflex was able to obtain suitable replacements for us. These work fine and will extend the already considerable life of our blinds.

Reliable milk deliveries
Dependable milk deliveries whatever the weather - well done milkman.
The milk comes very early - usually before 1.30 am which is fine except warm summer nights, though we bought an insulating milk container from them which helps a lot. However it only accepts glass one pint bottles.
Not quite 5* as the milk is VERY expensive compared to supermarket, especially for pints in glass.
Orders can be added to or reduced until quite late. Many other food items are available.

Excellent!
We bought two white faux wood blinds for our kitchen refurbishment. We sent for a number of samples which were with us in a couple of days. The website gived clear instructions for measurement and the ordering process is straightforward. The blinds came within two weeks and were a perfect fit. There were loads of fitting accessories and again the website gives very clear fitting instructions. The blinds look great.

Good but not perfect
We booked a 12 seater minibus from Palma Airport to Cala Mesquida in Mallorca and a return one week later.
The first transfer was excellent, providing a baby seat and booster seat in a comfortable minibus with an excellent driver.
The return was less satisfactory.
A large coach was provided for the 7 of us for the direct transfer. As we were expecting a minibus we ignored it for 20 minutes until the driver searched for us. There was no baby seat so the one year old had to be carried which was unsatisfactory and not what we had paid for. This was not the driver's fault and he did a good job. (REDUCED FROM 4* TO 2* IN LIGHT OF REPLY TO ORIGINAL REVIEW. WILL REVERT TO 4* IF I RECIEVE A REPLY TO THE LAST PARAGRAPH)

Review of Jet2holidays
Very nice holiday
We had a really nice all inclusive week at Viva Cala Mesquida.
The hotel was great, travel there and back was fine.
Would be 5* except:
We were not contacted by a Jet2 rep in any way during our stay,
There was confusion over changes to our room booking on arrival at the hotel late at night,
Jet2 was unhelpful in the arrangement of private transfers (to avoid over 2 hours on a coach),involving chldrens and baby seats which they could not resolve so we had to find our own private transfers.

Disappointing!
We had an annual travel policy and were going away at the end of it, our policy running out a couple of hours before our landing time. Disappointingly we were told that as we were not back in the uk before the expiry we would have no cover for the whole holiday. This was unexpected and was not our understanding of what the policy stated. That was disappointing. An extension to the policy was apparently impossible so we had no alternative but to buy a new single journey policy or renew the annual policy. The latter was unnecessary as we have no further travel plans. The former cost £156 so we lost 7 days of the annual policy and for two hours needed a new policy. As I said earlier this was very disappointing.

Our milkman is excellent
Our regular milkman is excellent. Milk is always delivered on time and in our container in the shade. Changes to our order are always delivered correctly. Well done and thank you.
Unfortunately, when he's away on holiday the replacement milkman often leaves our milk out of our cool box and in the sun so the milk is goes off very quickly. Empty bottles are not taken. That's disappointing as there are clear instructions on the website.

More expensive than supermarket but always on the doorstep - even in lockdowns.

We bought a 10kg bag of wood pellets for a pizza oven. Already at a good price poatage was free and they arrived by courier in a couple of days.

Good repair but disappointing delays.n the…
Initially we had a small chip on the passenger side of the windscreen. On the website and following photos an appointmnt was made for a repair. This was cancelled due to technician illness with only 40 minutes notice and a further appointment made 3 days later. The small chip became a long crack necessitating another rearrangement now a well over a week from the initial damage. The cost would also rise by £65. This was reduced after a complaint about the situation.
The appointment eventually went very well with an excellent technician and we are very happy with the eventual replacement.
