Outstanding after-sales service

My neighbour had a blind, bought 7 years ago, which from one day to the next would no longer stay in position. Customer services answered the phone within a couple of rings; the lady diagnosed the problem, told me where to find the product code and got the spare part to me within a week - at no charge. Exemplary!

Qualified praise

Team did an efficient and tidy job and left setup working well. Two minor criticisms (a) they were over an hour late, without any contact from their office (I was on the phone to the office when they arrived). This may have been out of the team’s control (b) scrap offcuts of fibre optic cable and ties were put in the recycle bin. They should have been put in the domestic waste bin, or better still, taken back to your depot for specialist recycling as non-standard waste.

Reasonably priced, helpful, good refund policy

Excellent - reasonably priced, Day 2 test kits arrived promptly, they responded quickly when I asked to defer our arrival date by a week. Then when had to defer the trip by several weeks, to a date when Day 2 tests were no longer required at all, I discovered their policy of a refund of more than half the cost, without the need to return the kits. The refund has been paid promptly, after a little difficulty navigating their website - on which they were also helpful.
