I needed a small bottom bar clip for my luxaflex blind. After contacting the company I purchased it from and searching the spare parts website they suggested I look at, I could not find an identical clip anywhere. Eventually after fruitless searches I contacted Luxaflex UK and Ashleigh responded speedily. The spare clips were dispatched without delay and my blind is looking great again.
I really like the reliability of my Milkman and I have been with Milk & More for nearly 40 years. However I have only scored it 3 stars due to my experience with customer services. On my recent call, as an example, to complain about off milk over the bank holiday – the man who answered the call sounded half asleep and was very unethusiastic. He tried to tell me that the milk was only valid 3 days, not the sell by date.. Although he did refund me, the experience was not good. I wrote to customer service and never received a reply and it is not the first time.

Although we had an ongoing issue with our greenhouse, Hartley Botanic has always been responsive. The whole team, including their fitters, are professional, courteous and timely, and have carried out warranty work without question. The greenhouse is superb – you get what you pay for.
