The delivery was on time

The delivery was on time, the team communication good but i received a opened product while for that product is a must the safety seal to be in place. Got additional discount that was paid out immediately.

Consitent good service

Never dissapointed with this shop. Always reliable and eager to help even in tough discussion like warranty. In the past I used to go always for the cheaper price but as I got older I started to appreciate service a bit more.

Great customerservice

Bought here for a very long time, offer great advice also on small details. Bought a pc here 6 years ago and upgraded it this summer, I bugged them with several emails with questions about hardware, if it were compatible and made sense for my build and my specific needs and they always responded very elaborately. PC works like a charm. Prices are not always the cheapest here but it is a very reliable shop with great advice.

Extremelly difficult administration

Second Edit: after 40 days and >70 emails I can confirm the full amount was finally reimboursed.

Edit: after a month Informatique.nl provides a "solution" which is to return part of the money BUT charge me €109,95 for the software that their computer has installed.

I won't pay for software I've never asked for, I've never used, I don't own and I don't want.

Informatique.nl has to return the full amount.

One month ago I bought a computer from informatique.nl for 1806,49 euros.

After some days, the computer arrived with a defective graphics card and components slower than expected. Performance tests showed the system as working in the worst 2% percentile.

It was not the product I expected.

I asked for support to send the computer back, which Informatique.nl denied. I had to take a taxi to send this, which was not reimbursed by Informatique.nl either.

Now they have my computer and my money. I've been without a computer for one month. They don't pay any compensation either; instead, Informatique.nl said they wouldn't accept the return because the Windows activation is used. (they have an instructive that explains how to activate your computer with the code)

After 40 emails not helping, I want to contact the authorities to get my money back.

We are very sorry that the computer has a defective graphics card. We have a carry in / postal return support which means we do not provide an pick up warranty but we compensated you the costs for the return from Belgium to the Netherlands by Parcel post. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse your taxi costs. You have activated the Microsoft Windows license and added this to your personal Microsoft account. You request was a refund for the computer instead of a replacement of the graphics card. We have just send you an email with the solution we can provide for you.

No price gouging makes me a happy clam

It's nice to see not being priced-gouged on an item that's in a very high demand these days. For that alone they deserve five stars.

The delivery could be better however. As the item was in stock, it could've been delivered a tad earlier. Still, the delay wasn't at all bad. it took 4 working days in total, which I suppose is understandable considering the times we live in, and the holiday season.

Purchased a Gigabyte 27Q monitor.
Delivered in time and in perfect condition.
After one week there was a discount on this product so I have called customer service to get the difference back. Got money back, very friendly customer support. Also free delivery (if more than 150 euro) is an advantage.

Zero stars! Avoid it!

Zero stars!
I ordered a screen for my home office during the lockdown. My order was supposed to be accomplished by informatique.nl
It was claimed to be delivered in 2 working days; however, there has been no response or any news from them in the last 4 weeks and my money seems to be lost!
I still don’t have my screen after one month and I have also lost 200 euros!!
Avoid them! They are fake money robbers! Be careful!! Spend just a few more cents elsewhere and stay relaxed!

Trap er niet in!!

Helaas via klantenservice diverse beloftes gekregen dat mijn product vertraagd was, maar toch op tijd zou zijn als kado. Niets is minder waar. Ze schetsen hun voorraad mooier om klanten te trekken. Directie vh bedrijf geeft vervolgens een “klantvriendelijke” oplossing: een link naar de concurrent, die zeker kan leveren maar 120 euro duurder is🤨. Aangegeven dat dit niet een redelijke oplossing was. Immers de directie zou het product daar ook kunnen inkopen en het aan mij kunnen leveren. Nu te laat voor het kado en ik moet “gewoon” waarschijnlijk weken wachten volgens de directie (stond niet op de site en bevestiging). Nu nergens meer voor een vergelijkbare prijs te koop. Hier heb ik maar mee te dealen. Pas dus op!!

Unfortunately, several promises were made that inspite of the delay my product would still be on time for a gift. Nothing is less true. They better outline their inventory to attract customers. The management of the company had a "customer-friendly" solution( NOT): a link to the competitor, which can certainly deliver the product for the next day but it would be 120 euros more expensive for me🤨. Indicated that this was not a reasonable solution. After all, the management could also buy the product there and deliver it to me. Now too late for the gift and I probably just have to wait weeks according to management (was not on the site and confirmation). Nowhere to buy for a comparable price now. I have to deal with this. So be careful !!

Good service

Was looking for a gaming keyboard, not only they had the best price, but delivery costs were also low and the delivery was fast.
