Never dissapointed with this shop. Always reliable and eager to help even in tough discussion like warranty. In the past I used to go always for the cheaper price but as I got older I started to appreciate service a bit more.

I've bought the Titan rig and I was impressed with the overall quality and attention to the details, from painting, weld, to stickers and quality of screws. In the past I had a bigger rig from a competitor and even though it was sturdier, with better ergonomics, it felt cheap and double the price of the Titan.

What I don't enjoy so much is the ergonomics of the seat, RS9, and the pedal podium. I was expecting a real car size seat. My back fits proper but bottom and tighs not so much. It feels like it was made for kids. Lower back support is great and again, quality is there but the bottom size is too darn small. I am using a foam pillow to make it a bit higher.

Pedal stand is too high and ended-up bypasing it all together and drilled my pedals into the frame.

Lack of accessories is another thing.

Overall I am happy with frame itself but not the seat.

I've ordered furniture from Leen bakker and on delivery they scratched our floors and damaged one of the walls. We've raised an incident and they closed it without further investigation. It's our words against the transporter. It's 2022 but Leen Bakker is stuck in the 80s in terms of services. Companies like Leen Baker deserve to get their lunch money taken by Ikea as even though they make nice furniture, their service and attitude are stuck in the past and are too full of their good name.

Edit: I've contacted the support line mentioned below and they yet to react, many months later. I guess it is a chat bot for gaining some "face"

Ik heb een draadloze oplader van Google gekocht voor mijn pixel en de levering was snel, het enige probleem was dat het product dat ik ontving waarschijnlijk een showmodel was, aangezien de binnenkant van de doos vol stof was. Het is waarschijnlijk opnieuw verzegeld. Ik zou enige voorzichtigheid adviseren bij het bestellen. De prijs was laag, de oplader werkt maar hij was niet nieuw.

I've been a customer of them for 10+ years buying multiple gaming rigs & various pherifericals. There wasn't on instance when something went wrong. Sure, I had to change some parts on warranty or do returns in case product dissapointed but Alternate were always nice about it. One thing that I didn't like but it is understoodable esspecially during the pandemic, is their physical shop timetable. I always had to check the site before going there if I needed something on short notice since they had weird working times.

I run into the site via google as I was looking for an open helmet.
I was surprised to have the helmet delivered in 2 days in the Netherlands and with a nice helmet bag. I know where I'm buying my motorsport gear from now on :)

Initially I thought the prices were too good to be true but boy I was wrong. Serials delivered instant and no problem with my steam account till now. I would highly recommend this site and its services
