Excellent website with accurate photos and detailed information about the rugs I examined. The panel that remembers which ones you have examined is well designed. Their filters are encyclopedic and easy to use. Having made a choice completing the purchase was simple. Their status-of-order communication was great. The rug arrived promptly and met all the “promises” that had been made.

A clean, spacious, well-lit barber shop where you can get a professional hair cut from Nigel. He is friendly and attentive.

A simple order perfectly processed. And not the first time either.

There was a large selection of frame styles, glass types and colors, and frame materials. Instructions for choice and “trying on” were excellent. The placing of an order was easy. Delivery was within two days of ordering.

Product was easy to find, description was adequate, easy to order and pay, prompt delivery.

I was told the 3.5kg package would be delivered today between 12:15 and 13:15. Before 13:15 I received a notice that delivery had failed. But I was at home the whole time waiting for the doorbell. The doorbell works as people and deliveries used it yesterday. Now the package will be dropped at a store that requires a 12 minute car ride and not to one of the many addresses that are five minutes walking from my home. A miserable showing from DPD.

The images and information on the web led me to order this desk lamp. There was another "model" on the same website with a different price but exactly the same description. Confusing! But after a few days the lamp arrived and it is perfect.

Suddenly Creative Cloud demanded that I purchase an expensive subscription. But I had renewed my academic subscription a few weeks earlier through SURFspot. I emailed SURFspot and they replied the next business day with a suggestion which I tried. It failed and I sent screenshots to them as suggested in the first reply. The second reply/suggestion came the next day and it solved the problem. SURFspot proved to be professional, prompt, and polite. In a word, perfect.

The description on the website, the price, the ease of ordering, and the prompt delivery were all excellent.

Lampdirect’s website was easy to use, it brought me to the list of relevant products, it provided the specifications to make my choice, and the purchasing process was straightforward. Shipment was very fast and correct. A five-star experience.

This is an unusual review. My son and some of his friends / acquaintances had had an excellent experience working with Boon Duurzaamheid for the installation of solar panels at their homes. I, therefore, decided to install solar panels at our house. An offerte was made, a technical inspection (technische schouw) was performed, and I promptly paid a 25% down payment. It was then that things changed.

The health situation of my spouse made it necessary to put our multi-story house up for sale and purchase a single-level apartment in a building with an elevator. The solar panel installation had not yet taken place.

I wrote to Boon Duurzaamheid, cancelled my order, and asked if my down payment (minus the costs the company had incurred) could be returned. I wondered if the company would honor my request for the return of part of the 25%.

I received a very generous and very kind email from the company indicating that they would indeed return almost all of my down payment.

Their reaction showed an integrity and generosity that should be a model for all businesses. I am certain that, had we been able to proceed with the installation of the solar panels, we would have been equally delighted to have done business with Boon Duurzaamheid.

Went exactly as an order should. Good product, price, delivery and communication. I don't see how to improve any facet of the purchase and delivery.
