Convenience above all.

I really hate all of these delivery companies with impossible to navigate websites. Just for this alone Eurosender gets five stars from me. It's clean, efficient and well worth its price. According to them they seek out the cheapest courier available to bring you competitive pricing, and if that's true, that makes it even better. But Eurosender to me is first and foremost a convenience tool that all those delivery companies should learn from by finally stop being stuck in the 20th century.

Second time's the charm?

My Gigabyte RTX 3090 broke down just after 6 months of use (never again). I needed a new GPU a.s.a.p., so I ordered Asus ROG Strix LC Radeon RX 6900 XT together with a new HDR ultra widescreen monitor.

I was anxious about Azerty disappointing me again, but thankfully they did not this time. The package arrived two days later. I made sure the items were in stock at their shop before ordering, so I suppose if that's the case, then you have my blessings to order, but think twice before ordering anything that's not in their immediate stock however.

I'm giving them 5 stars this time, because the service was very efficient given the circumstances, and their customer service is still good. Let's just hope the last time was a fluke.

Promise Heaven, can't even deliver Earth.

I ordered Asus ROG Flow x13 Supernova Edition laptop at the start of May. The website indicated that there was one available at their suppliers. It also said: "order today before the end of the working day, have it delivered tomorrow".

A week passes, nothing. I send them an email demanding an update, because of course they wouldn't bother to update me themselves after having violated the deadline that they set for themselves. Makes sense, right? The answer is swift: it will have arrived at their location a week later.

Another week passes, nothing. I send another email: it will have arrived a week later, again.

Fine, I wait one week more, still nothing. I send them yet another email and get the same tired excuse fired back at me: next week. At this point I tell them that this is unacceptable and cancel my entire order. After all we were at the end of May by then.

It's Max ICT all over again. If you know you can't deliver, don't pretend otherwise. You're just wasting your time and valuable mine.

At least the refund came quickly, and I can't say anything negative about the staff. Unlike Max ICT they at least bother answering emails. However, the company as a whole gets no credit for it as it still insists on treating a business transaction of a couple of grand like a damn joke.

I don't know what happened to client obligations as a concept. Did the pandemic, the new normal, give the companies an excuse to be incompetent in the most basic of ways? I don't ask for much: proper communication is the absolute minimum. If you can't deliver, then at least have the courtesy to inform me and ask me how I wish to proceed further.

Above all: just don't promise what you can't deliver. This fake it till you make it attitude needs to go away.

Good morning,

Thank you for your review!

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our delivery times.

On our website we work with estimated delivery times, when a product is not directly available from stock, because we depend on the delivery of our suppliers.
Normally, 90% of the time this indication is also achieved. However, it may happen that at the time of ordering, the stock has expired and this may cause a longer delivery time unfortunately.

I do agree with you that we should have approached you in a more proactive way.
Our apologies for the inconvenience and hopefully we can prove in the future that things can be done differently!

If you have any further questions regarding this message, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

Matthijs

No price gouging makes me a happy clam

It's nice to see not being priced-gouged on an item that's in a very high demand these days. For that alone they deserve five stars.

The delivery could be better however. As the item was in stock, it could've been delivered a tad earlier. Still, the delay wasn't at all bad. it took 4 working days in total, which I suppose is understandable considering the times we live in, and the holiday season.

An extremely efficient service

I needed a test bench that I couldn't get anywhere else and I needed it yesterday, ordered it Monday morning and received it by the noon of the next day. I applaud their efficiency. They also seem to have a lot of specialised components/accessories which is nice to see. I will definitely order again from them if I need anything special like this.

Beware however that there's a free standard delivery for orders above 150 euros, which is not communicated on their website well, sadly. My order was almost that, I wish I could've ordered some smaller stuff to avoid the delivery cost.

Excellent

A very fast delivery, I ordered a CPU Sunday, Monday morning it was already here.

One small issue however. I asked them per email to change the delivery address because it had the bus twice for some reason, but they failed to reply. Seems it wasn't really a problem for PostNL, so everything's well that ends well.

Just order from Amazon

The so-called stores such as this are the reason why Amazon is this much of a giant. If only it had the components I needed then there wouldn't be a need for this nonsense.

I've ordered a GPU and an SSD nearly a month ago which according to their own estimates should have been delivered 5 days ago.

I am not at all impatient, I can easily wait (especially considering there's GPU shortages across the board), the problem here is the lack of communication, i.e. there is none. If the delivery date is due and I haven't gotten the items I ordered I expect an email with the explanation why. What I expect not to have is them being silent even after I send them an email myself.

I have another order pending as well and my patience is wearing thin. If I don't see any movement from their side soon I'm cancelling my orders which cumulatively come around to 2500 euros. It would be a shame for them if I did that, wouldn't it? Sadly, hearing from other customers (which are not treated as such) it's not even easy to get your money back on a cancelled order. We'll see, I'm more than willing to go the legal route then.

Next they'll tell me here they find it "annoying" about not being able to help me and will redirect me to their "webcare" email (which I did to no avail). How about you just do your damn job?

If you're thinking about purchasing from them, think again, I implore you. I don't think they're con artists necessarily, I just think they're incredibly incompetent.

EDIT: got my money back. Pro tip: the only way to communicate with them at all is through their chat. It seems to be a dropship scheme. Yeah, you pay a little less, but the amount of trouble you get over this is going to cost you more in wasted nerves. So you have two options: either order from a serious place, or order from aliexpress/alibaba if it's something small like a micro-controller. Don't bother with this one, seriously, it's a darn joke.
