Just order from Amazon
The so-called stores such as this are the reason why Amazon is this much of a giant. If only it had the components I needed then there wouldn't be a need for this nonsense.
I've ordered a GPU and an SSD nearly a month ago which according to their own estimates should have been delivered 5 days ago.
I am not at all impatient, I can easily wait (especially considering there's GPU shortages across the board), the problem here is the lack of communication, i.e. there is none. If the delivery date is due and I haven't gotten the items I ordered I expect an email with the explanation why. What I expect not to have is them being silent even after I send them an email myself.
I have another order pending as well and my patience is wearing thin. If I don't see any movement from their side soon I'm cancelling my orders which cumulatively come around to 2500 euros. It would be a shame for them if I did that, wouldn't it? Sadly, hearing from other customers (which are not treated as such) it's not even easy to get your money back on a cancelled order. We'll see, I'm more than willing to go the legal route then.
Next they'll tell me here they find it "annoying" about not being able to help me and will redirect me to their "webcare" email (which I did to no avail). How about you just do your damn job?
If you're thinking about purchasing from them, think again, I implore you. I don't think they're con artists necessarily, I just think they're incredibly incompetent.
EDIT: got my money back. Pro tip: the only way to communicate with them at all is through their chat. It seems to be a dropship scheme. Yeah, you pay a little less, but the amount of trouble you get over this is going to cost you more in wasted nerves. So you have two options: either order from a serious place, or order from aliexpress/alibaba if it's something small like a micro-controller. Don't bother with this one, seriously, it's a darn joke.
