Bought a 2080ti prebuilt ~2019-ish
Bought a 2080ti prebuilt ~2019-ish. The psu died within a year, taking my just out of warrenty gpu with it. Had to get it replaced at another shop ~a month after the psu died. Replaced it with a 3070, in the gpu crisis. Worst 1k I've ever spent.
My psu was still in warrenty however. The replacement unit did fare better, still the same old quirks tho. Really bad quality for a psu, not glad at all that that was the ONE THING, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT that they chose to cheap out on.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the rest of the system, component wise is quite good. And still runs well, great even.
With a proper powersupply, the overclocking potential is great. Vs non-existent (black screen upon attempting even a minor overclock.) And the 2tb boot drive is going to probably last longer then this entire build.
If ur gonna buy a prebuilt from Azerty, swap out the psu as soon as possible. Unfortunately this does require rebuilding the entire pc, so why even buy a pre-built at that point.
Very poor RMA service
Ordered a very powerful machine at Azerty and everything came in fine. After two months the computer froze up and refused to boot. I called Azerty and they told me to send the motherboard + CPU in for repairs.
Once it arrived at Azerty they called me that mobo pins were bent. I'm 100% sure that I sent it in without any pins bent but though oh well, I'll take the loss and have them repair it. They send it in for repair to the manufacturer and I had to wait 4 weeks. Meanwhile I asked them if they checked the CPU if it is working because it is known that a broken mobo could've fried the CPU. No response at all, I called them twice, I had to "wait" for werkplaats.
After those 4 weeks the motherboard came back and they sent it to me. Finally, the part came in.. guess what? They forgot to send the CPU. I send them a email stating I want my CPU and got no reply.
I emailed them asking where the CPU is, no response. I call them to ask and apparently they knew about who I was and the email I was talking about. The CPU was at werkplaats and they would send it to me straight away.
It's now a week later. When I call the servicedesk I get a warning "It's busy right now" and get hung up on immediately. It feels like I was scammed out of a 9950X3D.
When you call them they act all nice saying "yes I can't do anything about it, it's another departement that handles this". When you whatsapp them with a question they always redirect you to their service-desk, which as I described before hangs up on you.
I chose for Azerty because I thought the extra costs would be compensated by their service but no. I'm left with a horrible experience, had to pay for broken pins repairs, my CPU is taken hostage and I'm still not sure if the RMA has even fixed the problem/if the PC will work now.
UPDATE 4-10-2025:
I've just received the CPU and as I feared.. it does not work. I explicitly asked them to test the setup after getting the motherboard back from RMA, TWICE. After all those weeks I'm back to what I started with, a broken PC. I send in my parts for RMA at 26th of Aug, this is 39 days ago. I just chatted with their WhatsApp service and they told me to restart the 'retour' proces, which means starting from zero again.
UPDATE 16-4-2025:
I brought my PC in at 7-4-2025. They sent me a mail today confirming that the CPU was indeed broken! Wow! Who would have thought? They will replace it as part of the warranty but want 50e for testing costs then 75e to make sure it works afterwards and 25e shipping. Which means it will cost me another 150e to get everything fixed. If they wouldve listened to me in the first place this wouldnt be needed at all!

Well, put a address in Belgium, they send it to another one i NL after a whole week of waiting(paid delivery btw), after 1h call they told me they will help but they didn't, after just started ignoring me. So, had to pay for DHL to get my stuff!
I have shopped with Azerty many times
I have shopped with Azerty many times, and overall they are a reliable and solid company with good products and service. Normally I would give them 5 stars, but I am rating 4 stars because of one frustrating experience.
Recently, I was asked to transfer an additional €0.01 after already paying in full through their website. This was clearly a mistake on their side, yet I was the one inconvenienced. For an established company not a small mom-and-pop shop I expect more professionalism. It makes me wonder how they would handle things if a bigger error occurred, which does affect my confidence in shopping here again.
I also once had an issue with shipping (caused by PostNL, not Azerty directly), where a package was misdelivered and later claimed as “not received.” It took a long time to resolve, and I was only able to get a refund thanks to my bank’s intervention, not because Azerty was especially helpful. Again, I recognize that wasn’t fully their fault, but the support experience could have been better.
That being said, most of the time my orders have gone smoothly, and I do appreciate the reliability they usually offer. This single incident doesn’t outweigh the good, but it was frustrating enough to drop my rating to 4 stars instead of 5.

Beware when ordering from Azerty
Beware when ordering from Azerty, especially as a business customer. The website promised delivery within 2–3 working days, but my item only arrived 7 days later. When I saw the delay, I tried to cancel, but Azerty refused — even though tracking showed the package had not yet been handed to the postal service. I returned the product, and they refunded only €557.96 of the €619.95 I paid, keeping about 10% as “depreciation” (afwaardering). In their words, they accepted the return only “out of goodwill” (coulance). I also had to pay €18.40 return shipping. While this may be their policy for business purchases, I find this misleading, unfair, and very disappointing service. I cannot recommend this company.

Don't get scammed!
Their customer support are incompetent (liars).
Track & trace from their site shows incorrect info, if something wasn't able to be delivered at home, and needs to be dropped at a collection point, they'll state it as already delivered.
Had multiple interactions over the course of 2 weeks where they've proven to be negligent and incompetent at best, or straight up liars. When manually tracking your package through the courier service they provide (PostNL), you can (somewhat) get the correct delivery status, but they can't offer assistance as this (according to them) has to be done via the supplier (Azerty.nl - which in this case, are likely to lie about contacting the parties involved to resolve the matter; contacted collection-point, whom have no recollection of receiving a call from them on their part).
Please avoid at all cost, shouldn't be hard as they're usually more expensive than their competitor(s). If they're the only one with a certain product - you need another product, unless you wish to have the police involved for fraud, theft, scamming... might as well burn your money (and time), as this at least provides some light and warmth, whereas these scammers only provide stress and disappointment.
For your own sake (mentally and financially); use Megekko or Alternate, better prices, and much - MUCH - better service.
Using Azerty.nl will only cost you money, time, fuel, and sanity...
If asked to cancel the order, they will simply ignore, even when done so repeatedly and adamantly. Therefor: scammers

I bought a usb-c dock. Unfortunately it did not work with my laptop so I returned it. Azerty did quite some tests with other laptops. Everything worked.
They sent me a new one (3-4 months after I bought the original dock (I was not able to contact them earlier). This one also did not work.
It turned out that this particular dock did not match with this particular laptop. I bought another dock and only had to pay the difference. Great service.

I will never order from them again
I will never order from them again. We placed an order for an HPC with 20k price tag based on their website's stated delivery time of 2 to 3 days. Now, a month has passed, and customer service informed us that the 2 to 3 days was just an estimate. I paid a significant amount of money for cloud computing to fulfill our commitments to our clients based on this false claim. The company has no sense of customer service or professionalism.

After an agonizing 30-day wait, my CPU finally arrived, but the saga was far from over. I found myself in limbo for another 10 days, simply waiting for assembly. It took a series of persistent calls and a few threats to cancel my order before they finally began putting my computer together. I was relieved, thinking the drama was over—but I was sorely mistaken.
Just when I thought I could breathe a sigh of relief, I received an email that turned my excitement into frustration. Apparently, the cooling system wasn’t compatible with my CPU. They offered me a flashy gaming cooler with RGB lights for 400TDP instead. I couldn't help but ask customer service why this wasn’t flagged during the initial checks. Their response? They understood my frustration but had no answers for me.
The cooler we initially selected was indeed compatible; the real issue was that the expert had failed to order the correct fixing plate, something readily available in many stores. Fed up with the back-and-forth, I finally decided to cancel my order. But now, I was hit with assembly and disassembly fees for a service that was never completed.
So here I am, 40 days in without my computer, having forked over 10k for cloud computing, and now facing an additional 300 euros for a job that never truly happened. To top it all off, I have no idea when I’ll get my money back. It’s honestly shameful how incompetent this whole experience has been.

I ordered online with delivery, but decided te next day it would be safer if i would pick it up myself. Asked customer support if that was possible. And it was.
When i came to pickup my order it turned out it was not specced right.
The team here searched for the right components on the spot, changed my order, and i went home with the right parts.
