Very impersonal these days.

New mobile homes have much room except around the main bed and in toilet. One has to crawl over the bed to get out and it is very difficult, when sitting down in the toilet, to avoid hitting one`s head on the door. Everything is glaringly white reminding me of my time in a psychiatric ward. COME BACK PROPER CANVAS, bringing your couriers with you.

Found it difficult to locate the campsite that our daughter had recommended. France/Riviera/then scroll. Why not just a straightforward search?
Also got a message saying something went wrong. It was because I hadn't entered phone number correctly. Why not put up a red flag, if wrong!!!
Daughter had warned me that your website a bit useless!

Easy booking system

Easy booking system that was complicated by My Canvas not showing the site we wanted to book (Domaine des Ormes). It was showing as available on my wife’s mobile but she hadn’t used My Canvas, just the Eurocamp website. However, by leaving My Canvas I found the site and made the booking. I also phoned your helpline because although my bank showed the payment as pending I received no email or confirmation that I the booking was pending. It would have helped me if I had received an email or SMS telling me that my booking request had been received and would be confirmed once the payment had gone through. The person I spoke to on the helpline was very helpful.

The campsite is nothing like the…

The campsite is nothing like the website. The staff here told us is actually been closed for the last two years and they just reopened in a hurry. Facilities are very rundown, the electricity keeps shutting off every day and it is nothing like the four-star facility that they advertised. There is no mini markets, EV charger or clubs for the kids as advertised. Very very disappointing do not book this campsite.

I called your office because the holiday I wanted was showing up as a day more than I wanted to book for

I called your office because the holiday I wanted to book was showing as a 7 day booking and I only wanted to book six days. I wanted to see if it was possible to book for only six but the call handler told me the holiday wasn't visible on her system and I could not book it at all. I told her I could see it as available and she said that happened sometimes but if I went all the way through to pay it wouldn't let me. She kept saying her system was slow so I tried to go all the way to paying and it did indeed let me pay for the full seven days. I felt Canvas would have lost a sale if I had believed her and I have ended up paying an extra £100 for a day's stay that I can't use. In neither respect was this satisfactory service. I have previously been a customer and had great service from your office staff who have accommodated a request like that especially for a last minute booking as this one was. Bridget Galton

It is really disappointing to learn that the holiday you wanted wasn't visible on our call handler's system, and we completely understand why you'd be confused when you could clearly see it online. We are very sorry that the advice you received led you to believe you could not book it at all. We realise that it is not ideal for our customers but if a booking leaves one or two nights unsold it will not proceed with the reservation and this is why it would only let you book seven instead of six nights.

We do pride ourselves on our team providing helpful and accommodating service, especially for last-minute bookings, and we regret that you felt this was not your experience when contacting us. You can find all the details about your holiday and accommodation, update party information, check your cost breakdown, make payments, download or print your holiday documents, and even add extras like travel, linen or welcome packs.

The park was clean and tidy,the pool…

The park was clean and tidy,the pool was excellent and well managed. There could’ve been more entertainment for kids in the evening and when we asked for extra pillows we where told this was not possible but in general a very nice park

Our experience with the booking procedure with canvas holidays has been very good and professional, there is a telephone number to call with any queries or problems and the online application for a holiday worked very well, as did the paying of deposit and final balance, thank you very much.

Absolutely beautiful park everything…

Absolutely beautiful park everything great except the WiFi is terrible and long queues in the hot sun on arrival to checkin. Checkin is terrible after travelling a long journey to get there.But once checked in everything is great had a fantastic time would highly recommend all amenities available on site including a mini supermarket and nightly entertainment and a creche for kids loved the park definitely would come back and highly recommend
