Really disappointing - the ring to attach the tag broke within hours of putting it on (thankfully in the house so I didn't lose the tag) When I contacted them, they said they didn't guarantee it as it was FREE - hmmmm the overall order was far from cheap - what a cop out.. Oh and they offered me 25% off my next order - which won't be happening.. Tag itself seems okay so far, but like a lot of people it took a while to come. I would go to a local pet shop in future given the choice.

We used the long stay express. Great service - easy and stress free and a lot cheaper than taxis for us.

We flew from Edinburgh to Marseille, flights on time, staff pleasant and helpful and though the flights weren't cheap by the time we added on luggage etc, they were fine.
I was worried after reading all the scare stories in the papers about drunk passengers, but this one was grand.

Just back from a fab holiday with Canvas. We stayed at Verdon Parc one of their new sites. Our accommodation was spotless and loads of space. Thank goodness for the AC as France was in the midst of a heatwave.. the pool and playpark were perfect for my kids 1, 9 and 11 - they had so much fun. And the surrounding areas were beautiful - we visited the Gorges of Verdon one of the most stunning places I've visited - we took the older kids out on a kayak - they loved it.
The site is less than an hour from Marseille but you really need a car for supermarket trips and exploring the area. I saw on site there were some mobile homes with hot tubs - looked very nice indeed. Canvas staff were really helpful and offered lots of advice when we booked. No Canvas rep on site, the reps we did see seemed friendly enough though most didn't speak English.

Always fantastic help and recommendations in the Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird. Staff couldn't be more helpful and genuine book fans too.. Really great shop.

Our train was 40 mins late, which meant we missed our onward connection, bit annoying, however the on board team kept us up to date and we've received a part-refund via their Delay Repay. Whole process of requesting refund was easy and quick.
