First package hol with Jet2. Transfer in 2 stages. Left in layby for 30 mins in a downpour. Rep no help. Hotel recommended by Jet2 wad most expensive but for 5* had no lifts to pool and beach. 108 steps. Supposed to be a la carte restaurant, but closed day we arrived as it was not high season. First impressions count..so never Jet2 again for us.

Placed order on website, all straightforward, received updates which kept me informed, delivery was very prompt. However there was issue (nothing to do with Laura James) more likely the carrier. I phoned Laura James with my concern and got through very promptly (no holding for next available sales person, whilst listening to some obscure music) . I spoke with a lady who was very pleasant, polite and professional. I emailed a couple of photo's and she responded very promptly and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. So thank you Kenya for your help.

Found the right short break sunny winter break for us in Gran Canaria, It was a package of return flights, apartment accommodation, and transfers, we only had 4 nights to spare so was very pleased to have Holiday Gems sort out the whole thing, and we're ABTA covered. We were happy with the price, and after we'd paid, we received the auto confirmation e mail promising we'd be phoned within 72 hours. Promptly next morning, we got phone call from Lily Sakar, who was a very pleasant lady, there were no issues, but it was reassuring to have personal contact.

Very good quality wines, also like some of the produce, such as the pate, the extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, the biscotti are scrumptious.

WE find the wines from Giordano to be good quality and very good value for money. The olive oil and biscotti are good too.

I asked Purple Bricks for valuation of my property, very quickly Suzanne Topham called me, she knew the market very well indeed, and it helped a lot she was was a "people person", friendly but professional. She carried out research on the area of my property in order to determine the right selling price. Very quickly Suzanne seemed to produce viewing clients like rabbits out of a hat, and because there were so many then I was very happy that I had 3 offers within a week, and I happily accepted one of these. I was pleased that I paid the extra and have Suzanne arrange all the viewings and negotiations. Suzanne has the experience and expertise to do this very well. Overall I was completely satisfied with my experience of Purple Bricks.
