Awful

Terrible customer service. I have 2 cards that were posted to my address on the 6th December. Still not received anything. I have attempted to contact them via the live chat and had no response on every occasion either that or it kicks me off the chat. I have emailed the customer service dept twice and still not had a response. Terrible customer service……

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful expirience...... I initially read about this and decided to open an account to find out more! I got to the point of them asking for £190 initial investment. I decided to then look at reviews before investing. After reading some of these I decided not to invest and proceeded to close my account.
I am now subject to spam phone calls every day starting at 8:15 every morning up until 8 at night from different investment companies. This totals on average of 15 to 20 a day. It's only been a week and I'm now having to consider changing my number.... Its relentless. It doesn't matter if you block the number, another number will pop up next time. I contacted the customer service and they said they don't sell details onto other companies..... Really?

Have been with canvas holidays for the…

Have been with canvas holidays for the last 5 years. Fantastic value for money and always had a brilliant time with them. The only down fall I would say over the past 2 years has been the reps. I can't comment on all but we have turned up to dirty accommodation at times and one demanded money for cleaning the night before we left. This had never happened before.
