Eurocamp nothing but the best.

Eurocamp service is first class at their head office and on site wherever you are. Any booking queries and you can actually call them up and speak to someone. Head office staff know their sites. Holiday site teams sort problems out if you have one. If you have a problem with Eurocamp staff, then the problem is probably you

Eurocamp/Canvas staff always first…

Eurocamp/Canvas staff always first class at their admin. centres and on site. Used them over 35 years, firstly with our children, then on motoring holidays through Europe and now with our grandchildren. Never a problem.

Easylife UNRELIABLE

At 7.00 a.m. I paid for next day delivery £8.99. Evri advised they would deliver 15.30 to 17.30 next day.
Evri sent a message 14.31 We're sorry, your local courier was unable to deliver your Easylife parcel today.
Rubbish, we were in all afternoon waiting for the parcel, crucial we had it that day. Nobody rang our doorbell. Oddly enough my wife received a parcel by Evri earlier tat day. Gained access to our apartment block and lrft it in the hallway. Again did not ring our bell or the multi bell to all flats. Complained to Easylife to demand next day delivery fee refund. Totally refused accepting Evri courier version of events. DO NOT BUY FROM EASYLIFE.

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery of your order.

Our courier carries out contact free deliveries and if no one is available to accept the parcel it is left in a safe place where possible which would be stated on the tracking.

They also provide a 2 hour delivery window on the tracking so you know when to expect your parcel.

We are incredibly sorry if this was not the case in this instance.

Top exchange rates fantastic staff

Top exchange rates (they might be matched but I do not think they can be beaten) and the most helpful staff when you have a problem I couldn't solve online. Yes there are actual people to talk to readily available, not hidden behind umpteen click ons. I had surplus dollars after a USA trip, probably my last trip there. Megan Reeve converted my dollars to Euros virtually instantly and at a top rate. What a delight.

BEST FOR ANY CURRENCY

Top rates, hands on staff. I'm a 74 year old techno dinosaur. Team member, Megan Reeve, guided me with ease and patience to download the Currency Direct app. onto my iphone. Simple for a 10 year old, not for me. I can now go on my trip to the USA and the Panama Canal not worrying about having enough dollars, just top my card up on line from my phone when necessary at TOP exchange rates

Knowledgeable staff that know their…

Knowledgeable staff that know their sites and can answer all questions at the end of a telephone line. Eurocamp is one of those exceptional firms these days that still readily display their telephone contact number, not hide it on their website in a myriad of pages where on “Contact us” you are led through a myriad of pages of options offering everything except a telephone number with human contact. Their mobile homes are excellent and always on good sites. If you are a person with complaints about their service you are probably a pain in the neck to everyone.

30 plus years of great service.

Our first Canvas holiday was in the 1990s with our sons and we used them year after year they were so good. Good prices, first class facilities and staff at sites and head office. My wife and I then used Canvas on motoring trips in Europe in retirement from our home in the South of France staying 3 or 4 nights at sites in the vicinity of cities and points of interest en route 2009 - 2015. Never any problems. We are not awkward customers, but if there is ever something not quite right (hardly ever happens) it is sorted. Now embarking on trips when we will meet up with our sons & their families in 2025. Booked via head office as wanted to be sure of certain facilities knowing H O staff are hands on about all sites. First class as usual. We know we will have a great holiday.

Lexibook Robot Great Toy, Bad (incorrect) language.

Lexibook Robot. Arrived and packaging details all in English. However this "speaking" toy spoke French. Other people have had all sorts of other languages with their toys instead of English as can be witnessed on Amazon. DO NOT BUY THIS FIRM'S PRODUCTS.

We never like to raise our costs in any area but unfortunately this is something that we have had to implement due to the raising cost of everything i.e. inflation. We are still one of the best priced suppliers in the country and if you happen to have a business account the free delivery over £50 still applies.

Goods fine, sadly Coopers use Evri.

Goods fine, pity is Coopers use Evri (was Hermes) for deliveries, still the UK's worst delivery firm, and yes once again they messed up my delivery. I avoid them as much as possible and until Coopers give a choice of delivery firms or get rid of Evri, then no more buying from Coopers.

Euroffice 5 star, UPS 2

Euroffice 5 star. UPS were the problem. They advised would deliver when we were out. No facility to send them a message re leave in safe hallway of our block of seven smart flats. UPS driver arrived when we were back from lunch and left a card that he missed us because we were not in. No mention that he dropped it off at a local store. The only firms with first class delivery are Yodel, the absolute best, Post Office and Parcelforce.

Excellent staff. I had one booking I had to cancel after 3/4 weeks and was given a full refund of my deposit. The trip I had planned for 2020 will now be in 2021 and I will be straight back to Ski France.
