I’d like more communication since…

I’d like more communication since booking our holiday - makes me slightly nervous only have a confirmation email and then nothing!

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience during the booking process. We understand that once you've booked, especially if you've done so far in advance, it can be a little unsettling not to hear from us for a while.

We always recommend that once customers have booked and paid their deposit, they create a My Eurocamp Account. This account provides constant access to your booking, offering peace of mind. You can find all the details about your holiday and accommodation, update party information, check your cost breakdown, make payments, download or print your holiday documents, and even add extras like travel, linen or welcome packs.

I set up a monthly subscription and the…

I set up a monthly subscription and the first month arrived but then I realised (after being asked for my feedback) I hadn’t had the second month. Only been 2 days since I flagged but waiting to find out why.
